Order was placed at 6:18PM. The delivery time was “promised” for 6:48PM. I called a little after 7:00 because no delivery yet, and they said they only have one driver and they have a lot of delivery orders. Pizza was finally delivered at 7:48PM, an hour and a half after the order time. I understand being short staffed, and the people on the phone were nice, understanding and helpful. But if you know you’re short staffed and your delivery time if going to be effected, tell the customer that. I would have picked it up instead and saved myself the delivery charge and the extra hour of waiting.

I stopped going to this location almost a year ago and now I remember why. I had my two small sleeping kids with me and their website states they have curbside service still available and I discovered upon arrival that is NOT the case. While I understand changes happen the young man that answered the phone to tell me it was no longer available was VERY dismissive about it. After that inconvenience, I walked inside, with the kiddos, and several employees watched me come in but no one bothered to greet me for a few minutes.

Called store while traveling north on I75. I eas on hold for 9 minutes ended walking into Marco’s while still on hold. I could hear the phone beeping behind the desk. Finally a woman came from the back and with me standing there answered the line that I was waiting on. She took my order told me it would be another 15 min. She made my pizza and went to to what she was doing in the back. I watched my pizza traveling through the oven and when it was out I stood up at the counter. After a few minutes she saw me and came back to the counter and asked me if I needed anything. I hinted towards my cooling pizza and said just my pizza. I wonder how long it would have sat there if I hadn’t gotten up

My family loves this pizza, but the service is poor. We went to the store located at Wade Green Rd, Kennesaw at 8:00pm (closes at 10:00pm). My kid walked thru to place the order, while I was watching him inside my car, parked outside the store. The employee refused to take the order, arguing they don’t receive walk thru orders that they only receive orders by phone. My kid returned to the car and we stared calling them…I saw the other employee hanging 3 times on me. I decided to go into the store and tell her I saw her hanging on me. Her argument: “we only take walk thru orders” But my kid came 15min ago and you told him you where only taking phone orders!!” They look at each other, not knowing what to do or say…obviously they didn’t want to work, at the end they told me they were preparing to close, yeah at 8:30. So I told them it was fine and that I was going to post this event.

So we just ordered from the Marco‘s off of Wade Green. My daughters pizza was fine. It looks like mine was thrown around. They also left off all the sauce, all the toppings were underneath the pizza. Very unhappy customer. I called the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and said they would give me a credit but because my dinner has been ruined I feel like

12/13/22 – In the past, pizza from Marco’s has really been good; tonight that was not the case. It was cold, toppings (sparse) missed the edge by a lot. Crust was like cardboard. Terrible. Won’t ever order again. Waste of money.
