I am in South Carolina and ordered delivery for my boyfriend there in Georgia. The delivery driver took an additional tip out of my card. I don’t know who signed the receipt being he didn’t. I am trying to contact store now, but no one is answering ugh. I will get to the bottom of this.

They don’t use glove while they are making the pizzas and cutting them. They are not sanitary at all. There was a long wait just for the pizza to still be undercooked. Once I seen them cooking without glove I asked for a refund and the guy in the front was trying to talk me out of it because they were half way done with the pizza. He got attitude with me when I told him that I wanted a refund. Very nasty and sloppy, never again

I ordered two family size salads. It had 3 pieces of meat and one slice of cheese. For a family size that’s extremely skimpy to me. I’ve ordered the same thing from another location and it’s had so much on it. 3 slices of meat for a salad that has two meats on it is ridiculous.

I am truly disappointed with the quality of pizza I have received the last four times. However, today takes the cake! I generally order the same thing every time. Today I specifically asked for them to pay attention to my double topping of one specific item & when I arrived to pick up my order I was informed that they totally left the double topping item off, so my pizza would be remade.
