I order from this location weekly but after my experience tonight I probably won’t be going back. I ordered a pizza for pickup,August 2nd 2023 at 9:00pm, but then realized my husband took my keys and wallet so I called to change it to delivery. I told whatever employee answered the phone that I would pay whatever the delivery fee was and he said okay. He then canceled the credit card i paid with without telling me, then recharge me for the whole order. I told him the original money hadn’t been refunded so its like I’m paying twice. He then responded he can end this conversation right now since I seem to be confused on how credit cards work….which is a totally inappropriate response. Honestly didn’t even want the pizza after that and told him to cancel the order. We’ll see if the money comes back but so far it hasn’t. this was a horrible experience and whoever this was shouldn’t be dealing in customer service.

Been to a few marcos nationwide and can say had better experience at this one. At the time of visit much of the staff presented themselves in a professional manner and was happy to see leadership working the line.

I ordered two specialty pizzas for carry out here. One pizza with no pork the other with half pork. When our order finished cooking, I checked and both pizzas had pork all over. I took it back into the store to ask for the pizza to be re made. The clerk, a woman wearing a bonnet, began to argue with me and my partner about what we paid for, but eventually agreed to remake it. After agreeing to remake our food, she began to curse us and complain about us wanting the pizza remade as we sat down in the lobby. We did not speak to or acknowledge her griping comments because she was in the back speaking loudly. Once done, we looked at the pizzas and one was still incorrect. I asked for a refund and to just return the second pizza but she refused. She began to argue with us again, and suggested that she wouldn’t remake the pizza but instead she opted to add the toppings we pointed out as missing. Overall, we still did not receive a specialty pizza as we paid for but instead received a two topping pizza. We didn’t make a fuss, we even told them thank you for remaking it trying to offer our kindness, but even as we walked out the woman continued to berate us and suggest she can’t stand us for being there. I would not come here again as I didn’t receive what I paid for, was denied a refund, and provided terrible service. I did the survey online too but I expect a refund which seems unlikely because this place is never focused on rectifying any issues beyond giving a coupon to come back to the same place and get the exact same service. So I’m leaving this review in hopes that others can beware of this location and the incompetence of the staff here.

This location is a joke and should close. A couple weeks ago II placed an online order for take out for a large cheese pizza since their delivery time window was over. My boyfriend went to pick it up and called me to tell me that the store was LOCKED, there was no one at the front, and there was even another person there with him who had also placed an online order. Finally some lady came to the door and opened it and said “they had been closed for some time.” What kind of store closes at random, and if they had to close, why would online ordering still be an option? My boyfriend asked for a refund and the lady gave him a receipt – I waited over a week for my card to be refunded and it wasn’t. When I called the store finally, the lady who answered had a weird attitude and asked me if I was the “little white lady who came in the other day complaining.” That was such an off-putting comment. When I explained that I placed the order but my boyfriend picked it up, she changed her tune but was still absolutely no help. She told me she would have her manager call me when he came into the store, and no one called me. So I paid for a pizza I never received, from a store that closes at random. Don’t bother.

Called this location to place a big order to treat the staff at work to pizza. The women who answered the phone was so nasty and so rude. Had the nerve to say that she was the manager. The order was almost $200 but because of her nasty attitude we canceled the order. We don’t want someone with so low vibrations making our food. When I told her that she had an attitude instead of adjusting herself she decided to vent about us not making the order ahead of time and how they make the doe for the day in the morning. It was a mess. Then I asked her about the message on the phone with the specials she goes on to say that the message is two years old. I say well why not change it. She then lets me know that it’s not her job to do so and that the new owner needs to do that. New owner listen up if this women is going to be running your establishment you are in a world of hurt if you don’t address this type of behavior. Franchise or no franchise people will not eat here if that is how they will be handled by your staff.

It’s what you would expect from a fast food place. The food was mediocre. The service was poor. We waited at least an hour for our food even after ordering ahead of time. They didn’t look very busy. I would not go back. Parking is also travel troublesome, not many places to park along a busy street. I live around the corner so it is a shame I can not walk up there in a pinch. To take it up a notch I would recommend you walk down to Osteria, it’s a nice sit down restaurant!

The pizza tasted nothing like the Marcos near my house. I figured it would be the same bc it was tge same company but it didn’t. I tossed it in the trash after one slice. The crust was dry and doughy, like dry. And the sauce wasn’t tasty or the sausage. Idk. It was weird. I won’t go back to this location.

This restaurant is pretty good when it comes to other locations. The only issue I have is that they leave a lot of the cornmeal on the bottom of the pizza to where it just gets all over the place and causes a mess! I can go to another one that’s in Atlanta and they don’t leave hardly any of the cornmeal on the bottom in the crust of the bread. But I will say they do a great job with not cross-contaminated with the utensils that they may use for someone’s food who had anchovies on it. Unlike the one in Peachtree Corners they tell you, “oh, here’s no guarantee!” Now that’s unacceptable all of the Marcos should be held at the same standards of using clean utensils so to reduce cross-contamination!
