This place used to be good. As a former GM of Marco’s this place needs new owners and managers.. No drivers on one of the busiest nights of the week? That’s when most the employees should be working. Pizza quality has gone down as well as customer service, employees are careless and sloppy. Too much crust and barely cut, I had to use my own pizza cutter. Place was dirty and no uniforms. If this place doesn’t change soon it won’t last long.

I don’t know if the 2 people working here needed help or what the problem was. We came to eat in even though it appeared that the majority of their business is carry out. They were busy. Pizza did not taste good and it wasn’t hot. I would rather eat cold pizza the next day, for breakfast, not at dinner. Just felt like they needed some leadership in that place. Server forgot plates and utensils probably because everyone one else was carrying out. Where’s the owner when their needed?

I have put this place off for about a year because the last time I was here the customer service was so awful it left a sour taste in my mouth. Today was no exception the employees act like it is a hassle for them to take an order or attend to customers. In short they look like they hate their job. I blame it on poor management and lack of customer service training. They were full of attitude, impatient and rude as hell to the customers. Will be the last time ordering from this location. The pizza is good that’s the only reason I will go back to marcos but as far as the dalton location they will have to do some really good retraining or they might just be another really good failing business all because of its incompetent management and staff.

I asked for mayo on my sandwich. He said “it won’t taste the same”. I said, “ok, can I have mayo on the side?” He charged me .54 cents for a side of MAYO!!!! CHEAP and PETTY. NEVER AGAIN!!!

simply AMAZING, this was our first time trying this pizza and I’ll NEVER go back to dominos or pizza hut!! The Romano parmesan crust was superb!! I had a large steak and chicken with lite sauce and it was so delicious we enjoyed every bite!! Cannot WAIT to try more A+ service and food HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beyond the WORST experience. As you can see I ordered NO onions and they messed it up. My entire household does not eat onions so unfortunately both of these pizzas are getting thrown out. Also would like to mention as I was waiting for my pizzas the people making the pizzas did not know what they were doing.

Marco’s is a great pizza place.Staff is always friendly and ready to take your order.The chesse bread is one of the best ones I have tasted for pizza places.The pizza always has huge mounds of cheese and giant pieces of meat.Well worth the money you spend for the pizza.So for a family pizza night.It is one of the best in dalton.
