I LOVE Marco’s pizza! I usually order the Med Deluxe with some substitutions. But Thursday night I ordered something different from my usual, a “Build-your-own pizza.” Something about it was just off, bland. I went back on Saturday to try and find out what happened. They didn’t know but they gave me a new “Build-your-own” with the double cheese (like the Deluxe) and jalopeno peppers. Ah, life is good. Back to normal. Excellent pizza! Thanks, guys! You’ve restored my faith in the taste of Marco’s Pizza! (I can’t esplain what happened to the other pizza. Maybe it was the double cheese?)

Always get pizza from here the pizza we recieved last night was not even edible. My husband took it back up and guy at the counter said this pizza is old . Then he saw it was order 40 min ago. We opted for money back. It looked like it was reheated 3x then sold . C store pizza is better!

I’d put a zero if possible. We always order from here and do contactless delivery with no issues. Well tonight my pizza showed delivered online but no pizza at the house. Called and after being on hold and hung up on I finally talked with the manager Rebecca the fourth call. She finally said a new order would be made with no offer of any compensation. I asked for a new driver in hopes he may find my house and she proceeded to hand up. Wow. Done with Marco’s sadly. Customer is never right there!

Ordered on line. Was there 5 minutes before. 10 minutes later I started asking ‘ where in process is my pizza “. They wouldn’t give me an answer. Is it made, is it waiting to be put in oven, is it in oven? They had my name and order number. 30 minutes later I got my pizza. Food great, service by teeny boppers terrible. Should I blame mgmt or their parent’s.

They force you to use the drive thru to pick up orders but ignore you for 15 mins at the window.. they don’t answer the phone at all, forcing you to order online. When they do finally talk to you they’re rude and disrespectful.

Poor service. Always they forget something. Today I ordered two pizzas online and I received a message ready for pick up; once there only one was ready. They told that I have to wait 5 minutes, buy in real I was waiting for more than 20 minutes… horrible! And nobody told me: so sorry!
