This establishment is nasty. I literally watched salad’s being made with no one using gloves. From making a pizza to making a salad. The employees were using their fingers to ring up orders, to talking to an employee and then to making a pizza and salad. Then to top it off, they wiped their hands on their pants and then continued to make more pizza and salads. The pizza is ok but this place is unsanitary. Last time eating here.

Ordered delivery and they came quickly. The salad was fresh and they brought 2 dressings without me having to ask. The pizza was hot and my only complaint would be they need to cut all the way through the pizza, luckily I’m home so I was able to use my pizza cutter.

We did an online take-out order and it was totally wrong tonight. Ordered a specialty pizza and the toppings were wrong. Ordered buffalo wings and sweet chili wings – the sauce was left off both of them. No dipping sauces that were ordered were put in for the wings. Total price if this was $53.47. We didn’t come back because it’s pouring down raining and we had gotten all the way home. Terrible service this time.

Placed an order around 9pm for cheezy bread and a regular Greek salad. Received delivery containing correct cheezy bread and a Cesar salad with Greek dressing which was also open in the bag. Went online to take the survey and after about 15 min of it taking me back to place a new order I gave up. Decided to try to call the store just to let them know about the wrong order and could not complete survey. The automated phone picked up at 9:43 pm telling me that the store is closed, even though the store doesn’t close unil 11pm… absolutely no way to contact them . Great service

I heard good things about Marcos but now that I’ve tried it, really disappointed. The store was clean but boring, the employees were unkempt, the pizza reminded me of dominos from 20 years ago when they started putting tons of burnt, fake parm cheese. I’ll never return, not even if it was free.

Pizza didn’t have much sauce. It was ready and waiting when we came to get it. But when we got home it wasn’t even very hot and we live close. The ladies working weren’t very welcoming. I came in and said hello and they just stared at me like I was stupid. I then told them what the name was for the order. They grabbed it an said here. No customer service skills at all.

I had a curbside order for 9:15.. I notified them when I arrived. I sat there waiting for 20 mins. I ended up having to go inside, apparently my pizza was just sitting there getting cold the whole time. I asked why they didn’t bring it out when I notified them…they said “I don’t know” Don’t offer curbside as an option if you’re not actually going to do it and train your employees to have a better response for their mistakes. An apology would have been nice!

The pizzas are good here, especially for the good prices. Definitely the best Marco’s in Warner robins. It does have dining room seating but it’s catered to takeout.
