My name is Ray I went to Marco’s Pizza Friday my order was a carryout order. I went inside to grab my order the guy gave me the order. I left considering it was three boxes and I knew I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks I didn’t check it because I usually always get my pizza from them and it’s always right long story short, I got home the order was wrong all the pizzas are wrong then they forgot to include my drink and every time I called the store no one answered but when they did answer it was the next day and the female was rude and so was the guy and I called the store around 3:00pm on Saturday March the 18th 2023 so whichever employees were working at that time that answered the phone they were very rude and the girl hung up the phone the guy was cursing telling me ain’t nothing they can do about it, I should have checked my order it’s my fault even though they gave me the wrong stuff and I told them I called back multiple times on Friday he said oh well I should have drove up there but I stay 45 minutes away from the store. I just always stop at that store and it’s very bad customer service and I will not recommend anyone to go to that store neither will I be spending my money there anymore…

At best the food is only “ok” and over priced… $25 for cheesy bread (just dough with some cheese on top and not very much cheese at that and oil seeping out on top of it) and a small supreme pizza is way overpriced not to mention that did not even include a drink at that price. The veggies on the pizza basically tasted uncooked and the pizza just fell when you picked it up when it should hold its form. Won’t be eating here ever again

The staff members are kind and will go out of their ways to make sure your happy. They have a great menu and even a gluten-free options. The managers are quick and knowledgeable. The store was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well.

Ordered about twice a week for better part of 4mo while wife was working in the area. Usually spot on, a few mistakes here and there, last 1 was missing a topping, and phone answering isn’t very goid. But overall reliable biz…loved the ease of curbside!

We placed an order and when the order arrived, it was not hot. I called the restaurant to let them know and the manager on duty was going back and forth with me, telling me that my order was not hot due to it being a no contact order. I informed him that we have a ring doorbell that alerts us when someone comes to our door and it was immediately retrieved before the delivery person pulled off in the car. The manager had an “I don’t care attitude” about the situation! Unacceptable!!!!! Will not be ordering here again!!!

The pizza was fine. I did speak to the man who brought out my food to curbside three separate times and not once did he respond or greet me. A simple “hello” or “here’s your food” would be better than being ignored. Especially since I had already left a tip.
