Marcos Pizza is our favorite pizza and as far as pizza goes it still is however, my experience yesterday at the Russell Pkwy location was unacceptable! Placed my pizza order along with some cheesy bread and placed 2 soft drink orders and a water. Was told the soda truck did not make a delivery and all that was available was 2 liter bottles and No Water was available (soft drink dispenser has been out of order for several months). When our order was delivered to the table in takeout boxes I requested plates for our pizza (we were dining in) and the server said they were out. I have gone there for several years and know they have the hard plastic colored platters that can be cleaned in a dishwasher…I spent $57.00 and was so disappointed! Will probably look for a new place to satisfy my pizza craving!

I ordered a pizza and it started pouring raining. I kept my blinds open to watch out for the driver who never showed. I called the store after waiting longer than usual, the lady says”o yea he left it at your door” like who would leave someone food in the rain?? The worst part is that the driver didn’t even leave at my door!! I’m never ordering here again. Thanks Marcos pizza in Bonaire Ga for your horrible service

Asked for tap water I was told there is no potable water even though water runs from the tap in the dinning area beware sounds like a used car salesmen tactic to sell more bottled water at a 200% mark up. This was a out right lie. I have eaten here for years service is at an all time low. I recommend Toni’s pizza in the frozen food section at any store. After posting this raven review I walked up to the counter and asked when my order would be ready with shock and awe the manager answered with this profound statement wait for it his answer (“when it comes out of the oven”) I can only assume that the priority was take out not the the loyal customer that takes the time to come in and have a meal at the restaurant I presume this is a antiquated concept to expect service for your hard earned dollar. To be fair the highly trained professional at the counter should be the manager he was great with I am sorry and offering other options but this person did inform me after money changed hands that it would be fifteen minutes I walked to the counter after thirty minutes. Enjoy the abuse if you decide to cross there threshold.
