Ordered a salad eat with my pizza and it arrived spoiled and completely brown literally making its own liquids. I called the store to inform them and complain and they informed me that this is how all their salads are served since the lettuce comes from the freezer and that they’re all fresh and would not attempt to make it right. Will never eat from this Marco‘s again absolutely ridiculous. This would never happen with the Marco‘s in Pooler.

I will never eat there again! A bunch of kids working who never answers the phone, the order is never correct and they change the closing time to fit their schedule. Also, the pizza is disgusting and the price keeps changing!

Pizza is usually good. But they hardly ever accept delivery orders anymore so half the time so its carryout most of the time. We usually end up going elsewhere just because we are out anyways, unless craving pizza specifically

Don’t go here! Placed an order inside the store at 12:08 pm and it took them 45 minutes to prepare my order of one large pizza. There were only 2 people working in the kitchen and a delivery driver taking orders at the register. After waiting 20 minutes I was told my order would be right out in 4 minutes. I waited another 25 minutes after that. Come to find out, I was told my first order was messed up so they had to remake it. They should have told me that and offered to refund my money so I could go elsewhere or continue to wait. Very poor customer service! I get that they were short-handed, but if you can’t get the help to run your business then perhaps you need to rethink your business model.

Marcos pizza is the worst . Went in to pick up my order and nobody was wearing gloves. Girl was in the back putting toppings on pizza without any gloves. This is just nasty. Manager said they don’t have to wear any gloves. If it wasn’t for my little granddaughter wanting this gross pizza I would have left. I figured it’s going in the oven the heat will kill any bacteria. Get the pizza home the pizza was raw. Toppings were completely uncooked and the dough was raw. Never again will I walk in the door of this place. Do not recommend to anyone.
