Ordered take out , great cashier. Food was good but got two of the same specialty pepperoni magnifico pizza when one was supposed to be the ultimate pizza. I live 25 miles away and found out when I got home. But the pizzas were good to me!

We ordered Marco’s for the first time last weekend since we’ve moved to Valdosta. The delivery was so fast. We were pleasantly surprised with our pizza. It was hot, fresh, and some of the best that we have ever tasted. We were very impressed! We just placed an order again tonight. We’ve definitely found our new pizza place. Thanks, Marco’s!

I’m really disappointed to say the staff could really benefit from some training in customer service. I understand things happen beyond our control and I understand being busy but I don’t understand just flat out ignoring and not acknowledging customers not just once but twice. I would totally understand a delay in an order but please just communicate with your customers a little better. I would have happily waited the additional 40 mins it took to get my pre ordered food had you been a little more kind of aware.

Pizza is always good and on time. But accuracy on the extras like cut size and crust toppings suffers. Also Marco’s uses canned mushrooms not fresh. I’ve been a long time customer and believe the sauce had changed, maybe added sugar? The color is darker red than years ago was lighter and better. But 2 kinds of pepperoni is great. Website is okay but was better before it changed years ago.

The best thin crust cardboard pizza we ever had. They had run out of lettuce, so no salad was available. Back to the pizza, worst we’ve had in 5 states. Store bought tastes better and not $21.+. Sorry, but we are used to real Italian pizza.
