The pizza was a nice size for the XL. It was my first time at Marco’s so I asked the lady taking our order about the crust and she was annoyed with me. I don’t like thin and crispy crust so I wanted to ensure that I was not ordering a thin and crispy crust pizza. However the pizza taste like a frozen pizza. Was not a fan. Not on my list to try again.

Not vegan friendly…I’m a vegan. My mom ordered a small garden pizza WITH NO CHEESE. I open the box, and there is FETA CHEESE on it. Had to give it to my brother.

Stopped going here a year ago because the ingredients were consistently sooo skimpy and young woman at the register was incredibly rude when I came back to show her that the cheesy bread had so little cheese that the entire thing was brown. She told me with a straight face that was how it was supposed to look…At least she gave me a refund because she unapologetically told me they wouldn’t remake it, but only on the condition that I return the cheeseless bread loaf and she demanded it back! ..Fast forward to weeks ago. I came back recently out of desperation because my child felt like he was starving while waiting at the urgent care next door and he wanted pizza . Alas, yet again barely any sauce or cheese (even though I ordered extra cheese). The surface of the pizza had exposed patches of crust in areas where there was neither sauce or cheese. I wasn’t going to bother asking for a refund. I just accepted it for what it was because I didn’t anticipate even a remotely ok outcome. Instead I politely asked the available shift manager why there were so few ingredients and this person admitted to me that every morsel of cheese was weighed and other ingredients had to be added according to a measured/counted standard. So that’s when it dawned on me that it is not the staff’s fault but instead a failure on management’s part because they are so cheap that minimal quantity is vastly more important than quality of the food…Long story short. That’s why I only go to the Marcos on Double Churches Rd and I am NEVER disappointed. Perfect amount of ingredients every time at that location.

Service was abysmal, but the saving Grace-the food is awesome (if a bit pricey). Marcos also has pizza bowls for the low carb eaters and the bowls are delicious.

Pizza is pretty good at this location. The reason for 4* is the last few times I’ve ordered a pizza with light sauce I didn’t get it. Delivery is quick compared to competitors!

This is the only Marco’s location I have been to and I have had no problems. The pizza is always hot and it is greasy, but that is how I like it. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never have gotten a bad pizza or service.

Over an hour later we got our pizza cold and soggy. We called the store and had to talk to three people to confirm we actually ordered a pizza from them. We had the receipt in hand. They said they would give us a 10.00 credit on the next pizza. I said no, we had company and wanted a new pizza. It never came. Terrible service from warm springs road store last night. Never will order from there again.

I’ve been buying from Marcos for a long time. IVe noticed over time, their pizzas have been lacking. Today i bought a deluxe pizza with extra cheese, a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and the cinnamon squares. There was NO extra cheese! Infact, there was hardly any cheese at all on either pizza and barely any toppings! On top of that, the cinnamon squares had no icing with them. This is goodbye to Marcos. I’m not wasting money on a disappointing pizza anymore.
