Went in for my birthday pizza. Arrived and was advised they accidentally made the pizza incorrectly but that the right one was already in the oven. I really appreciate the quality check – they could have easily handed me the pie and I wouldn’t have noticed until I got home. Even though it was late, they still made sure to do things right.

Went with friends to enjoy a bit of quality time when we saw our pizza just setting in the window we ask one of the cashiers was that ours and she was rude and as well as the Devon who was taking up for the cashier who was talking about us if asking for your food before it gets cold then we was rude needless to say we will never return!!! I can say Jade was very respectful!!! Doesn’t even deserve no stars

It has been a long time since I have gotten this poor of service. Ordered pizza to be delivered at noon. Noon came and it said still processing. I tried to call and was on hold over 30 min. Drove up to the store and the employee was just getting to the store. When I knocked on the locked door he stood there ignoring me putting the chairs down, when I finally told him I was trying to figure what was going on with my order he could not understand why I was upset cause he was going to make pizza. I told him no thanks wanted a refund. Will NEVER get pizza from here again!!

Don’t order extra cheese. It’s a scam. You are paying for something you are not getting. (I spent $41 for 2 XL pizzas with extra cheese and didn’t receive the extra cheese. Andrew told me they were cracking down on the extra cheese because they were giving out too much). How can you crack down on something I paid extra for?
