I call this place from time to time. I always order the same thing. Sometimes I call and order no issues. Sometimes I call and they say we cant deliver that pizza. I get a manager on the phone and that pizza gets delivered. Call again no issue call again and anew girl answers the phone and bam we cant, I cant. Its always a different story with this store.

We decided to not order from another restaurant because they weren’t willing to separate 10 flappers (wings) from the drums for us. I contacted this Markos and asked if they would sell us 10 all flappers and they said yes. Please notice the picture, these are not all flappers and they cost $10.49 for these pigeon pieces. That Ranch is 2 1/4″ across for size comparison. This is less than $1.50 worth of meat for $10.49 plus tax and tip if instructions would have been followed (all flappers) when you pick it up.

We ordered a pizza from Marcos on San Jose last Saturday, when we opened the pizza box it looked like it had been dropped as there was a quarter of the pizza that had no toppings and a pile up in the middle of the pizza. We called Marcos and requested another pizza, while on the phones the worker I was on the phone with was laughing and talking to someone else so I wasn’t sure if they understood me. Waited for over an hour so we could exchange pizzas, ate the one we received when we never heard from them. I have a photo but couldn’t upload it.

Marco’s has the best pizza of any large franchise! Ordering from the app is easy and allows for lots of customization. Their food quality and customer service is very good and consistent. It can get quite expensive so always use a coupon or a discount code through the app.

Thought that I had found the perfect pizza place because it was so good and quick. Then I ordered one last night picked it up and when I got to the house As I pulled the Box out they had not sealed it properly And my pizza Went flying out of the Box into the muddy yard. Even though it was obviously boxed incorrectly I was told tough it was my problem after I left the store. Lost all my confidence And good remarks to friends

Staff was friendly and nice the environment was clean and pleasant. I ordered three pizzas all were baked perfectly. The taste was amazing I love that the crust was not greasy like other pizza places. My kids actually finished a pizza which is rare. First time there and I’ll definitely be returning.

The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because I’ve had great customer service the first 2 times I went. Yesterday was my 3rd visit. My baby wanted pizza and cookies (from the place next door) but they were closed. I called in to order the same exact thing I’ve gotten prior-the medium 1 topping pizza for $6.99. When I called a guy name Mike picked up and was not very friendly. I’m not saying he was rude but he wasn’t the nicest. He basically told me that he wasn’t going to honor that if I didn’t have a coupon code and that I needed to order online. Ok listen I get policies and that sometimes employees follow them and some don’t but it’s not what you say it how you say it. I understand if the other employees were not supposed to give me that deal over the phone but they did…both times to be exact. I had to order a large pizza instead of what I truly wanted. No big deal but i can see why this location has negative reviews with that kind of attitude he displayed. You’d think that they would have top notch attitude especially with all the new customers they are getting from the new cookie place next door. That’s how I heard of them and I’m sure others have too.
