Ordered an XL half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Quick and easy to order online, it was ready in under 20 minutes, and it tasted great! I was passing through the area and I’m from Wisconsin and decided to try this instead of McDonald’s or something that’s everywhere. Did not regret it and I absolutely would order from Marco’s again! The crust has a nice garlic flavor to it as well. Thanks for a good dinner + leftovers for lunch the following day!

I placed the order online, and the website said it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. Honestly, I didn’t believe that, but I got to the location, and one of the employees opened and held the door for me, which I thought was very polite. Another employee who was at the register greeted me and asked me for the name on the order. I gave him my name, and immediately, he found my paper bag with the sub that I had ordered.

I had a simple request. I asked that the large Hawaiian thin crust pizza I ordered be cut into triangles instead of the silly little squares that it normally comes in. I don’t understand the point of cutting the pizza into squares!. What is wrong with triangles?

Horrible customer service. Ordered through doordash which doesn’t allow you truly customize your order. Immediately called the store the moment the order was placed, told them I just wanted to switch the sauce. Was put on hold, handed off to someone else and within two minutes told they couldn’t do anything because my pizza was in the oven. They didn’t even have my order pulled up in front of them. This is the second time I’ve had an issue. Worst customer service ever.
