I normally order pizza every 2 weeks on the weekends I just placed a order online for pick up no one greeted me as they normally do by saying welcome to Marco’s or even thank you before leaving but that’s fine my complaint is the service on today I go to pick up my order after waiting for 4 minutes someone finally comes but skipped over me standing up front but ask the person that just walked up how May I help you SIR ! I got upset but kept my cool the guy apologized he thought I had already ordered ( I ordered online for pick up ) but I was still there first and skipped over not even acknowledged until after the gentleman order and then the guy at the register asked, how may I help you? I said I was there to pick up. He throws my food on the counter and said the next customer normally they would ask if I needed anything else I had to interrupt him to ask for plates and condiments for my pizza after placing them on top of my pizza who quickly went to the next customer without asking me if that’s all I need it which I’ll need it garlic butter as well. I informed him they don’t give you the option to ask for consummate as far as garlic butter or anything else, but I would like some he told me the price I told him no thank you, I didn’t want to swipe my card for $.50 the last time this happened they just gave me the garlic butter because they know that it does not have the option for consummate such as garlic butter or anything else on the app and they would apologize and give it to me complementary, but I feel like I was not acknowledged enough to finish my order or my transaction when I was there first and had to wait until he took another customers order and my pizza was not as hot when I arrived home, I only live three minutes away to make this short I feel like they need people with customer service skills. I’m a regular customer. I’m in Marco’s at least three times a month if not more.

This Marcos location has had great customer service, quick service, and always yummy pizza. The last time I went for pick up a sauce cup was forgotten (no big deal) and I called to see if maybe they had any deliveries nearby and could just drop off my sauce cup. And they dropped off my sauce cup!! It was something so small but I consider that great customer service. They are my go to pizza place near Callaway!

I ordered from grub hub.. ordered thin crust .. no butter.. was charged $35.. took one bite and had to spit it out.. covered with butter.. absolutely disgusting.. made me throw up.. tried calling.. continually put the n hold.. could not leave message on Facebook so here I am.. this pizza is now in the trash.. honestly would not feed that to a pig

I ordered Marcos online for delivery at 5:00 pm then 6:45 came around and I never got the pizza. I called them and they said they has one driver ( they could have let people know that) he guy said it would be another 30 min. I waited 30 min then called back, they said they are not going to be dry pizza ( ONCE AGAIN THEY COULD HAVE TOLD PEOPLE THAT WERE WAITING) I asked for a refund and the lady said she would try and hung up. So as of right now I’m out of 40 didn’t eat until 8pm and never received the pizza.

Awful! Food took 1 1/2 hours to get delivered…pizza was cold and dry and wings were undercooked. Employees rude and basically said there was no way food was cold and wings were undercooked…blood visible coming out of wings. We have always had good experiences with marcos. Well, we will likely not order from Marcos again. Very disappointed.

love the large 1 topping pepperoni special at Marco’s Pizza in Callaway, FL! The combination of a generous portion of pepperoni and the perfect crust makes it a delightful choice. The flavors and quality of their pizza are consistently excellent, and the friendly service adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend trying Marco’s Pizza if you’re in the area!

This Marcos is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good and others it’s terrible. On this occasion all the toppings and cheese were center-loaded, the pizza was dry like there was not enough sauce, and there was a large crust ring with multiple bubbles. We couldn’t even finish half the pizzas. Highly disappointed on this visit.
