I love Marcos pizza. I live 6 minutes from my nearest Marcos. I called for delivery because the app is trash. 98 minutes later they showed up with my pizza. I called last week to ask about that & the person who answered the phone told me tough, we were very busy & there was nothing he was going to do about it. I asked since I lived 6 minutes away why would they rude around with my pizza for that long? If he answered so have you. In all fairness a new manager saw my review & reached out to me to describe the situation. She then apologized & offered me a 50% discount on my next order which was wonderful!

My hotel is 2.0 miles away and they don’t deliver, but the location 4 miles away does. I get to the location I have to speak first to the guy he was topping 3 pizzas I had to wait while he did this, finally comes to check me out pulls up the screen, then walked back to start back on the pizzas. I paid with a debit card all he had to do was give me my food and receipt and let me go. Not friendly came off like I was bothering him. This my first time eating at Marco’s pizza plain and wings drowned in bbq sauce never again.

Not sure why but 0.9 miles is to far of a drive for delivery guess I will never know if it’s good or not. Probably a computer thing because my buddy live a block away from me and gets it delivered. Just fix your website and I will change my review.
