I used to love Marco’s it was great pizza! Until they changed management. Now they never get my orders right and the crust taste like soap. They stopped doing a employee discounts. The lady over the phone has a attitude problem. When I walked in there wasn’t even anyone at the register or the kitchen?! Who leaves a register unattended??? I’m better off with sky’s pizza.

Their pizza and cheesy bread is awesome. That’s why I wanted to try something else. I figured everything had to be good. I was so wrong. The wings were not good at all and I was not impressed with the salad. The wings literally tasted like they dumped the sauce on it with no other flavor. I had the Buffalo wings and the Italian salad. I will definitely be sticking with the pizza.

Some how lost our order even though we had ordered and paid for the pizza an hour prior to pickup. As we are waiting patiently they continue to tell the next 3 guests in row that they don’t have their order or that it’s not done yet. I’m blown away at the level of unprofessionalism for such a highly rated franchise.

The pizza bowls are absolutely fantastic. They come out steaming hot. They don’t actually come out in a bowl, but in like a lasagna pan. All the great things of a pizza without the fattening crust.

I had been there a few times and the Pizza is good, when they get it right. The customer service is just downright horrible and unprofessional. I ordered just one pizza to pick up, was told 30 minutes for pick-up and when I showed up, it was chaos. They had messed up on about 3 other people’s orders in front of me and I was in line for about 15 minutes with no one coming up to the register. I left and will not return again

We had an issue with our order. The delivery driver was rude and the manager “Bob” was a jerk. The assistant manager drove to my house to make the mistake right and I really appreciate him for going the extra mile.
