I’m glad I have this pizza place nearby because it’s really good. Whenever my apartment complex Hammock Oaks does promos with Marcos, my family and I always take advantage of it. I usually get the Pepperoni Magnifico because the PEPMAG promo is always available. Great pizza and fast friendly service.

While the pizza is good the service is not. I ordered a pizza for pick up at 4pm for pick up at 530. I arrived at 515 and it was not even put into the oven until 527pm. I got the feeling if I was not early it would put in the oven even later.

I have been a long time customer the food has always been good and if I have any problems, they take care of it immediately I would highly recommend this place to anybody. But the only thing I don’t like is I can no longer use the app I don’t know why, it’s really really starting to suck so I hope someone fixes the app soon because I loved ordering through the app

Food is good most of the time but beware of the delivery times. Only once in the past 2 years has it been less than 1 hour wait even though online says 30 minutes. I even wait 1.5 hours before. Today I called because again we just hit the 1 hour mark and no pizza and it hasn’t even left the store yet. Employees are nice but something has to change for delivery. I once even went to the store after placing an order for delivery because the pizza looked like it had fallen on the floor, not edible just totally messed up. Didn’t even get a sorry or a refund for the $5.50 delivery fee I had already paid. I want to support them but it’s hard when we have young kids and the pizza takes so long and not always consistent. We ordered last week and the waited 1 hour 20 minutes and the pizza was cold by the time it arrived. Not sure what the solution is but I hope it’s figured out soon.

The last few times we got delivery, the pizza has been poor quality, and we just ordered and received a wrong pizza 10 minutes late. So I wouldn’t recommend getting delivery at least.
