Look, this isn’t 4 star pizza when compared to REAL pizza, but it is 4 star when compared to their competitors like the Hut and the John’s of the world. This is a very new location and the first thing I noticed was how clean and well run it was inside. Sure it was a bit frantic and busy, but they were hustling and communicating and that was good to see. The pizza came out on time and was piping hot when I got it home. It was good! Flavorful with a good amount of toppings and a good portion size for the price. Lots of good deals when you order online as well.

My husband ordered pizza to our hotel after a very long day. We ordered around 9:30pm, and called an hour later to figure out where our order was. Without asking the name, the lady said “it’s out for delivery”. Fun fact, at the exact closing time, the phone lines roll immediately to voicemail, so we had no way of checking on our order at 11:20 when it still hadn’t arrived. A very confused delivery driver finally made it to the hotel about this time, but even though we provided the room number my husband had to go find her in the entrance area.

6/21/23 1st and certainly last time will place an order from any franchise of Marcos. We ordered pizza online for pickup. Get to the store and none of the 5 employees had the wisdom enough to greet or look for my order. Then finally what appears to be a driver asked if he could help and he tried to help by asking the pizza maker where our order was. She rudely says to him, if I had it she would already have it! I asked for a refund because they still haven’t attempted to make my order which could be seen in the system but wasn’t showing on their screen. Pizza maker with bad eyes tells me I can’t have a refund because I haven’t been charged so I showed her where the $24.98 had come out of my account. She still states I can’t have a refund because system is down. Another employee finally calls the manager and explains the situation after 1.5 hours of waiting for an order that they STILL haven’t attempted to even make! They attempt to cancel my order that is in the system after all. Kia, manager, states she will cancel order next day and issue refund. She did call and say she cancelled order and refund should be showing. Today is 7/2/23 and still haven’t received credit. I’ve made several attempts to reach the store to check status and even made a call to corporate which still haven’t received a call or credit. Store’s lack of customer support obviously just isn’t on store level! Marcos is a horrible company with sub level employees, lack of training, and extremely lacks managements guidance.

Marcos has the best pizza! I have been to this location multiples and each time the customer service was amazing from all the workers and they were very quick. Recently my order was mistakenly given to the wrong person and A man named Emanuel made sure that my pizza was remade and fresh with no problems. Everyone is so friendly and respectful. Although i wish they had pasta, Marcos would be my choice for pizza because their pizza taste way better than dominos. If you’re ever in this location please give them a try! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Worst service. I understand its Friday evening late but been waiting for a large pizza almost an hour after I place an order and the only two employees looks like they’re doing the best they can. Will be asking for a refund and wont order from this place again.
