Haven’t ate the food yet and if it wasn’t already paid for online I wouldn’t have bought it after the comments staff made. We bought six pizzas and bread and while the kids were grabbing sauce a female worker said “Jesus how many sauces do you need?” And then made fun of the kids for how they closed the pizza box. This was Saturday July 8th at approx 6pm. No reason to treat paying customers like that.

Three I came into Marco’s Pizza. They never used to like to answer their phones, but the manager answered the phone and he’s doing a great job. I’m very pleased they have made a total change for the good the new manager is great.

Went with the deluxe and it was excellent. Best pizza I’ve had so far in the area. Their website has issues though when attempting to place an order. It keeps changing my location to Tennessee instead of palm bay Florida. Very frustrating. But the pizza is very good and the service is good as well.

I typically order from this store. The young lady who just answered the line to take my order over the phone was extremely rude and laughed at me when I asked her if she was okay. I expect more from this store as it wasn’t like this when I first started ordering from them. I am hoping that someone reaches out. This will allow me to decide if I should continue to order from them. Absolutely no reason to be nasty!

Normally quick and reliable service, under fully operating oven conditions. Unfortunately, when things go south operationally, their communications to waiting and ordering customers is hit or miss. However, I still really like this place and hope they strategize how to communicate better, not just in random approximate waiting times, but also in providing the reason for waiting. This will empower customers to decide whether they wish to wait for the delayed product or not.

I ordered delivery with a time of 6:05. At 6:15 I called for an update and was told they’re not late, despite the email stating a promised delivery time of 6:05. At 6:40 still not here. 2nd time this happened so cancelled the order. Ridiculous that in this day and age and with technology being what it is service is so bad.

employees need to be about their job and their POLITE interaction with customers, not loud, smarta$$ talking and huddling in the back when people are waiting on their orders. one couple that was waiting never even got their order after at least 30 mins of waiting. food was excellent though
