Edwardo the Manager last night was very generous and sweet. He gave my small peperoni pizza a beautiful touch with a bit of garlic and cheese on the crust. Last night after I left big dawgs man oh man heaven met earth. Thank you Marco’s for making my first experience phenomenal. I will be back when I’m in the area.

BEST PIZZA EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD, HANDS DOWN! Viraj and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! I was having one of the absolute worst days and they all helped turn in it to one of the most amazing nights! They got us food fast, which we absolutely needed, we were starving after a terrible day. And on top of it, wrote some encouraging words on one of our boxes! Thank you Marco’s staff, you definitely brightened our night!

Being my first time here at Marco’s Pizza, I asked for the take-out menu. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t sell cheese slices, but they had other things such as a variety of pizzas, pizza bowls, subs, sides, salads, beverages, desserts, and calzones. I didn’t want a whole pizza. I just wanted something small to subdue my hunger. I decided to order an all meat calzone. Wait time was 20 minutes, so I told the employees that I was going to the nearby supermarket and I would come back.

I attempted to order a medium pizza at 11:00pm and tried to enter but two worker signaled a “we’re closed” gesture. I noticed on the door that the time it closes is a 12pm. Not to mention Google confirms this location closes at 12:00am. A very slim employee with a hat and a pony tail says it’s “pre-covid” hours and denies google hours as well and closes the door. Unfortunate, how an employee or manager didn’t change the Google and Door times even after 2 years of “Covid hours”. I’ll be sure to ignore this store and head to griffin road from now on.

First let me preface myself by saying that I take pride in giving honest accurate reviews, and really hate giving negative reviews because I know that especially in these times, businesses thrive somewhat off of reviews. I previously raved about this Marcos location and how the staff was so friendly and the product I purchased was beyond amazing. I can’t say that about my visit today. My favorite item is the crustless bowls. I love a lot of meat. Photo 1 is the bowl I ordered that I raved about. I ordered it with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, ham, steak, and salami, with Parmesan cheese. The bowl is just as I ordered, all most full to the top of the bowl. It was so heavy when it was handed to me and was so delicious. Photo 2 is the bowl I ordered today, I ordered the same meat and actually added meatballs which means it should’ve been even heartier. The two bowls are distinctly different. I saw meatballs, some ham, and sauce. When the bowl was handed to me it was considerably lighter. I inquired with the young man behind the counter if all the toppings were in the bowl. He really didn’t respond to me, just stared, i just left it alone and asked for silverware and he still just stood there looking at me and another associate had to tell him “hey he want silverware”. I know that sometimes things happen but I like consistency especially when I’m paying for a product, that’s what keeps customers coming back. I am not saying I will not return to Marcos, I love the pizza bowls that much however I was disappointed with the service and the product I received this visit. After previous visits it was obvious to me that Marcos prides itself on great product and it appeared that good customer service was important too. Neither occurred during this visit and I’m hoping that measures will be taken to give consistent quality customer service and high quality product that I know Marcos is capable of.

I love Marco’s Pizza! I ordered the deluxe with light crust. The atmosphere is awesome! The store was nice and clean and organized. Enrique, was the most helpful person in Marco’s Pizza store. I really appreciate the over and beyond effort that they try to make sure that I was totally satisfied. And I was. I would not go to any other pizza joint in South Florida unless it’s another Marco’s Pizza store. But this is my store! And I love it! So if you ever in the Pembroke Pines area in South Florida, please stop by Marco’s Pizza and ask for Enrique. Tell him that Tom sent you. Oh I will update my post later when I get another pizza! It was so good I couldn’t even take any pictures of it, I dove right in! Lol!

Good pizza and fast service. Great customer service as well. Is not too spacious to dine in but they do have a few tables. The dough is so soft and fresh. I will be back for sure!
