I just called your restaurant, and asked about a 30% off coupon. I was told it was still good. When I got the price of the pizza, the 30% off had not been applied. When I asked, the kid hung on me. When my husband called back and asked to speak to the manager. He hung up on us again. Customer service sucks!

Ordered online 06/24/23. Food was supposed to be delivered at 8:10 pm. I should have read the others reviews here. I called the store at 8:30 and they said she just left with mine and 3 other orders. Was told “Oh, that’s just what the online order says”…what kind customer service is that, its basically flipping the bird to your customers. Do not order online, don’t even give them your business, finally got here at 8:40

I purchased a pizza and asked for it to be well done when it was delivered it wasn’t even cooked the person who answered the phone when I called to complain about it said that they would give me a credit for the next time that I ordered a pizza The person gave me their name one week later I called back to order a pizza and the person’s name who they gave me was fake.

We have ordered Marco’s for 7 years, this is only the second time we’ve had an issue with the product. When I notified the manager she said ‘there’s no way we forgot the to put sauce on the pizza “! She explained that we can give a $5 credit for the pizza?????!!!! WTH do you mean? I’m done with the this place…don’t go here, there’s no respect given, in either direction!

Used to rely on them for the descent pizza but always dependable pizza. Last 2 orders stated 45 minute delivery yet took nearly 2 hours to receive a cold pizza. And when you try to give feedback on their website, it just routes you to order another pizza. I called and they offered no resolution for the $30 cold pizza.

Parking is typically available in this lot. My order was ready very quickly, in 15 minutes! It’s only 10.99 for a large cheese pizza (pictured below) without a deal! Amazing value, taste, & service. Thomas took my order & was a delight: efficient & amiable!

We like Marco’s and usually order at least one or twice a month. So far we love it there. But tonight is an off night. I wish I had taken pictures of the pizzas before everyone dug in. But we were hungry. We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Out of the 4, 3 had a 2 inch crust. 2 inch crust on a medium sized pizza is like half the pizza. I called Marco’s because it was just too ridiculous. I spoke to the manager, but she seemed blase about the incident and just said sorry. I hope they keep up their standards, because one more incident like this and we’ll search for a new pizza place. Like Pizza Rox maybe?

Not necessarily this store’s fault but I tried to order delivery from this store online, however the store never received my order(I had to call the store because I never received an order confirmation.) Upon calling the store, I was informed that they did not receive an order and that I might still get charged and that I will need to dispute that charge with my bank. I did get charged and had to dispute it. Overall a terrible experience and I do not suggest risking trying to order online.
