The New Tampa location never has your pizza ready when the online email says your pizza is ready. Curbside orders apparently do not exist at this location. They never come out. Even when you call them to tell them you are outside. I was waiting for 20 minutes and still had to go inside to get my pizza.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery, it was very fulfilling and my first time trying Marco’s pizza, I like how spicy the sauce is and the garlic parmesan sprinkled is really flavorful. Delivery Driver was very kind and I will be a returning customer (delivery was timely as well)

I like this pizza but not the subs or pizza bowls. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza today. It taste good but it isn’t the prettiest looking pizza. It’s as if someone picked up a hand full of pepperonis and put them right in the center of the pizza. When picking up one slice all of the pepperoni fall onto the box. Other than that, it was a really tasty pizza and Customer Service was great!

Placed an order by phone and they were busy and did not make my order. Met with Alex who made another order ASAP and gave us free cheesy bread and drinks while we waited. Great recovery and that’s how you make up for a mistake and keep customers happy. Marco’s is definitely the best of chain pizzerias.
