Honestly not impressed. What struck me first is that I really wanted their Greek salad as listed on the website, but when I went to order, it wasn’t an option on the menu. Disappointing. I proceeded to place an order anyways and got a steak and cheese sub and asked for no mushrooms, instead I got a steak and cheese sub with a ton of mushrooms. Disappointing again. I also ordered a small pizza, when I opened the box, it looked like my pizza was thrown in the box and jostled around. This could have happened during the delivery, but still disappointing…again. Positively: the pizza was overall good and the cauliflower crust tasted very good (no difference from regular crust taste in my opinion). Overall, not impressive for the price point, $61 for 3 SMALL SIZED pizzas and a sub, and that’s including a 25% off coupon.

My husband ordered pizza from Marcos and we asked for light sauce. They made our pizza exactly how we ordered it and our pizza was delicious . From the crust,to the toppings, everything tasted delicious. It was some of the best pizza we’ve had in awhile.

Well, to begin I’m a Pizza Hut fan. A few weeks ago received a mailer promoting the Haines City Marco’s. Recently Marco’s launched a 30% off promo… TV, Print, & Web. That provided the incentive to give ’em a try and maybe change from The Hut. Haines City not a participating location. Yes… I tried several different ways within online ordering to make the promo work… Nada. Ticked me off. Promo offerings are designed to aquire customers…. Guess Marco’s Haines City doesn’t need new customers. Of course, can’t comment on the food or service.

The driver was awesome and the food was good! I did think based on the pictures the “bread-less” pizza was a little thicker but it was still warm and good. I was hungry too. The 4 stars was because the food was still some minutes later than the between times promised and I had to call to make sure the driver had the right directions. And the lack of in “bread-less” dish even if it was good. ☺️

WORST service ever !! I called like around 530 pm to order they told me will take around 35-45 min . Called again around 6:30 pm they employees told me there was nothing on record that maybe I called another store Yeap because there’s plenty of stores in Haines City. That employee told me that he had found the order and it was on her way. 30 min after I’ still waiting… called again ask for the manager she told me will have to take the order again because they were having issues with the system that it would take around 15 min to be done . At this point I ask her if my husband could picked up. Guess what my husband went there 30 later and pizza was NOT even at the oven UNBELIEVABLE! So they are making the pizza while my husband is there… adding to that they offer a credit which they said needs to wait till tomorrow because she didn’t know how to do it. Haines City people please share my feedback tomorrow it could be you! I totally regret not supporting local businesses definitely customer service is something that I would pay whatever at any cost!

I have been waiting forever for this Marco’s to open!!!! So glad they are finally in Haines City! Their pizzas are the best!!! Their staff was Amazing! Great customer service and their delivery was 5 minutes earlier than promised! Highly recommend!!! The Pepperoni Magnifico is the BOMB!!!

All 5 Stars!! Walked in yesterday had a great experience. Was welcomed as soon as i walked in. One of the mangers Q, was very helpful and walked me through the menu . Ended up getting a Pepperoni Pizza, breadsticks and a brownie and it was amazing. Only had to wait 20 mins!

Had to wait over a hour to get our pizza because the 1st one was made wrong. They did remake it but we had to wait it was very good. But usually when I order out It’s because I didn’t have time to cook. I could have cooked quicker. ☹
