We stopped by the other day to order pizzas and cheese bread to go. Customer service was great we had 1 person that took our order and another when we were done. Very friendly and thanked us for choosing there store. Pizza was fresh and hot! I would definitely come back to this location!

Food was late was upset at first, but shortly after calling the delivery lady arrived and had a flat and still tried to deliver my pizza. She seemed very nice and I didn’t get her name but she deserves a raise. Pizza was really good too btw. Even though it came later than expected it was still warm.

I ordered a $27 delivery order asked not only on the instructions but u called for change to be brought with the driver. He said he would instead sends a non English speaking driver with no change I’m forced to give the driver the $13 tip. I then call the store hear their manager cursing that the phones are ringing, finally get ahold of the dude for him to tell me the driver not carrying my change wasn’t the business fault. Then threw a fit and hung up. Never ordering again. I order almost 3 times a week and am usually treated good by the gm. The actual manager is horrid at his job. Not my first complaint about him either.

I’ve been a fan of Marco’s Pizza for years! I’ve NEVER had so much trouble from 1 location. The first 2 times I used this store they either messed up the order or didn’t deliver it at all. Then they had the nerve to argue with me saying it wasn’t possible to deliver it to the wrong address. They insisted that it was delivered. I never got the pie. The DM Manny comped me a sub for the trouble and then put me on a list to not take orders from. The next time I called I was asked to hold and they hung up on me. I walked in 2 minutes after I was hung up on and the boy answering the phone said he wasn’t suppose to take my order. No reason given. I’m a disabled veteran and have always been a loyal customer until this interaction. 0 professionalism and a horrible store all the way around. If I could give it negative stars I would. Save your money and time. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

Had a bit of a rough experience on Friday. I spoke to Sam (a delivery driver) today and she was quick to get things turned around for me!!! She is the best worker at this location. I don’t understand how she isn’t management but Sam definitely should be the store manager. She truly cares about making sure that the customer is happy and gets the best service out there!!! I suggest that you try the BBQ chicken pizza because this is amazing!!!! Again great job Sam!!!!!

We usually order pick up and dont have any issues. Last night we did delivery and it was a shitshow. over 30 minutes late. Somehow was marked delivered at the correct delivery time, I waited 5/10 minutes and I called to see if it went to the wrong house and was told “theyll be there in one minute!” 20 minutes later I have my husband call and again they say it will be one minute, and that time they were right! We will probably try a few other places for delivery, but if would probably try again if we do pick up

One for the best pizzas we have had in a long time. Loaded with toppings and reasonably priced. Wish I had taken a picture, it was that good. Very friendly staff. Hope to repeat this order when we return to Lehigh in a week.

I come here often. I’ve had tons of mess up lately. Pizza is never cut properly and you can’t break the pizza apart, no gloves, no hand washing, pretty upset about this one. Going to take a lot to make me want to spend my money there again. Love how the food tastes but come on. Cut it properly.
