Truly surprised, don’t sleep on Marco’s Pizza!! It’s been years since I’ve eaten a pizza from them. Thursday was a Marco’s Pizza night at our community, so why not. We decided on 2 large Ultimate Magnifico pizzas. Picked up in the stated time which was 15 minutes. Pizza was hot, delicious and yummy. Wished we hadn’t waited so long.

Leaving this review only because I was hired to drive for them and as I told employees I was moving in 2 MONTHS to another state, the next day I was scheduled to work but was informed that they had too many drivers that day and I would be contacted soon for my new schedule…however i was never contacted. So I called today to only be told that me moving in 2 MONTHS would be a issue for them and by the time I was done with training I would be leaving… You should tell that person the truth instead of lying to them and leading them on..I have kids myself that need to be fed so doing that to me was extremely unprofessional and messed up. Thankfully my original job I had a interview for called me that day I was supposed to work for a interview for that Friday and I was hired and I start tomorrow. But what if I didn’t have that happen to me? Id still be here now jobless and searching again for a new job all because you can’t be HONEST.

Unbelievably awful customer service. Called after leaving with the first pizza with bubbles over half the pizza then asked them politely to make another and I would come back because my 3 year old won’t eat a pizza made this way. I drive back and get a second pizza made exactly the same way! The girl called another guy over who didn’t apologize and just refunded my money. I said to him “ you should never let a pizza of this poor of quality leave your shop”. His response “yeah we forget sometimes to check for bubbles”. This just shows poor management at Marco’s and explains all the bad reviews. Seriously who makes a second pizza and makes the same mistake. Went to Pizza Hut down the street and the quality was excellent .

Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Staff and driver were both friendly. But I really came here to brag on the delivery time. 20 mins from when I hung up the call till the food was at my door. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! I have never had anything including the place across the street from my HOME delivered that quickly. Awesome!

The store in Trinity would not deliver to my address despite only being 6.8 miles away. The app is so terrible it’s embarrassing. I could not log in despite being able to log in to the website using the same credentials. The website would not accept my address as valid. Oh well, I’ll go somewhere else.

I’m very disappointed with the presentation of my pizza as well as the taste . The young lady at Marco’s intentionally burnt my pizza and thought it was funny. Very immature to take your job for granted and mistreat your customer . It’s a blessing to have a job and a small business with all that our is going through. I work hard for my money and I have the right to ask you to wash your hands if your playing in your hair and coming from the back . I would do the same if I was preparing food. Going forward I will no longer patronize this Marcos on 54 in Trinity.

I tried to order pizzas (3) and I was told by the manager Matthew and driver Reggie that they don’t deliver to Tuscano Condo.. yet my brother lives here he gets his pizza deliver and my son lives at Ivy lakes estate ( behind ) gets his pizza deliver !!! I feel it’s corporate responsibility to educate manager and driver regarding delivery location !! It’s very upsetting that they are trying to educate someone that knows their delivery route better than them !!!
