This was my first time ever ordering from or having Marco’s pizza and I probably never will again after this, not because of the food but because of the absolute ridiculousness of this situation. I placed an order for a large pizza, salad, and brownies at 5:59pm. Per the confirmation email my order was “promised” at 6:30pm. I didn’t get an email saying my order was out for delivery until 6:40pm, not a big deal I figured they’re probably busy since it’s a Saturday night and I only live 2.2 miles away. This is where my irritation starts. By 7:20pm, my pizza has not arrived and no one has contacted me. I call the store and when I finally get someone on the line I get a call from someone else in the store, so I answer it and am told that the driver can’t find my address and that she googled it and it only “showed a street”. She then gives me the drivers number and asks me to call him to give him directions. I hang up and try calling him multiple times with no answer. I call the store back and get the same person who then has to confirm with someone else in the store that she gave me the correct number, it was, she then calls the driver to tell him to answer his phone when I call. I hang up with her, call him again and am told that his “device” is working again and he’s on his way, he’s 6 mins away. My order finally got to my house at 7:36pm, the pizza was cold, the brownies are cold, and the salad is pretty much room temperature (no surprise there). Why did it take 40 minutes from the time I was emailed saying my order was on the way and me calling the store while also being contacted by the store to be told my address “can’t be found”, when I know for a fact that my address is easily found via any drive direction app. Then the run around getting in contact with the driver, which I’m also confused as to why he didn’t just call me to begin with since they obviously have my number, to then be told by him when he finally answers that his device is miraculously working now and he’ll be at my house in 6 mins, which coincidentally is exactly the amount of time it takes to get from their store to my house. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary nor do I think I’m being unreasonable to be irritated with this situation. I’m a pretty understanding person, but come on, I have my limits. Oh and I did try to submit customer feedback via their website, but every time I try to and click to “submit feedback” it takes you to their login page and even after you login it takes you to the page to place an order, not leave feedback.

The Cauliflower crust pizzas are phenomenal. We order pick-up or delivery weekly because these Pizza’s are of such great quality. I know this is a chain pizza place, but we have experienced better quality, and care put into these pizzas, than we have had at many smaller pizzas operations. Wish we could give six stars!

The pizza was lacking ingredients like cheese and pepperoni. there was two and a half inches of crust on every piece around the outside of the pie Pizza taste good but being cheap with the cheese and one topping picked kills the pizza

I’m so bummed. I missed it when Marcos left palm harbor and was so happy to one come to Tarpon. However, the crust is different. It’s crumbly and has what feels like little crumbles of corn flour all on the bottom of the crust. Really not good compared to how the crust used to be. So bummed 🙁 the pictures show what I’m talking about.

Greek salad, 8 dollars, lettuce, few sliced tomatoes, some crumbled feta, a lot of slice banana peppers, not a real Greek salad, prices have gone up significantly since a couple months ago , as on take out menu. Small deluxe pizza, 14.99 had very few toppings on it at all, mostly dough. This business caters to people delivering foods from many businesses, cater to them. If u walk in and order, you will wait forever due to the fact of these delivering want it fast to make money. Wont get anything from there again. Deluxe is not deluxe, prices are. Scant cheese, scant sauce.

Pizza and cinnamon sticks were really good. Having been to Italy I don’t think it tasted like any pizza I had over there but whatever they want to advertise. This location didn’t let us use the full moon special where you get half off your entire order on the day of the full moon, which had been running for several months and I had problems with other locations and using the app to order ahead so this time I did the order in person for my carryout. The two teens in charge didn’t know anything about the corporate special so I was very frustrated. Still am a bit annoyed tbh
