Terrible. We were regular customers for the last few years. However last week, we ordered $44 worth of food. We also tipped $25 to bring our total to $69. We ordered a brownie, calzone and 2 subs. We were excited when they were super fast with the delivery however the food was cold and didn’t feel cooked at all. This was extremely disappointing. So I went to leave feedback online and wasn’t able to. However, I was able to find the slice of life email for them but no one ever responded. All we want is a refund. $70 for cold food that wasn’t cooked is terrible and unacceptable. If I were you, I would take your money elsewhere. The website to leave feedback doesn’t work. This is so disappointing.

Ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza. There was very little to almost no Alfredo sauce. My pizza was burned and had parts of the bottom of the crust missing. Way to much cheese and was very greasy. This was my first time trying this place out and I was incredibly disappointed. I know I could of gotten better service from a Little Caesar’s.

Delicious and affordable! Granted I’ve only been here once so far, but I plan on going back. They were a few minutes late with our order, but completely understandable, when we pulled up it was pretty slammed, Friday night of course so it can be expected lol, who doesn’t love a good pizza at the end of the week?? Love all the customizable options they offer when you order online too!

Ordered online came in to pick up pizza and they said it was over cooked so they were remaking it, they apologized discounted the pizza and gave me a voucher for next time. The girls working was very apologetic and respectful. Most of the staff seemed young, they all gave a friendly greeting when I walked in. The place was busy, I believe tomorrow is their official opening. Being brand new the building itself is nice. 3 high top tables (2 seat 4 and 1 seats 2), two booths, two small tables with seating for two. The kitchen is in view of dining area to watch them make the pizzas through a plexy glass window. They have a fridge with liter sodas for to go orders and a fountain machine with Pepsi for in house orders.

Not only did this store forget two large items on our order the girl on the phone was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. For $3.00 in food cost they chose to lose a customer. They refused to refund our money. We spent over $100 for our order and asked to be refunded for the items they left out. I’ve never been called a liar by an employee over food. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Calls to GMs and corporate will be made. Save yourself the headache and just order DOMINOS! It’s a shame because the food was never bad. But the staff apparently needs some attention.

My wife and I had one issue only with the bottoms of 2 pizzas purchased. It was too far away to bring the pizza back. I spoke with the manager, explaining the situation. He was very apologetic and said the next order would be a $40.00 dollar credit, which took place 2 weeks later. Thank the manager & staff for a perfect that was cooked to perfection. This is our regular Marco’s pizza store in Clermont. I know mistakes happen, but I am very appreciative of being a regular customer to this franchise. We’ll be back soon again.
