I absolutely love Marco’s pizza and order 2-3 times a week between home and work but totally disgusted with quality of food, accuracy of order and especially the staff. They make what they want and how they want and now, whenever they want or don’t want to. Called tonight and was immediately placed on hold and no one returned to take my order so I called back at 9:44 pm and the girl stammered for her words then said they stopped taking orders at 9:44 pm If you don’t like your job get another. When this new gang appeared this location has been on the downward slide. The photos are from several visits in past 2 months.

This was our first experience with Marcos pizza but it won’t be our last. We ordered and took a seat and eventually ate our first “Ultimate magnifico” pizza. There were no frills in this little place, it was more like sitting in someone’s kitchen but the pizza was AWESOME and the employees were above average. Well mannered and continually working.

Ordered a pizza an hour later received a call from the delivery driver. He was at the wrong location. The delivery driver was very nice and said I’m sorry I have the wrong address I said OK I called the store to try to get some resolution the manager, Amber said that she couldn’t do anything but remake the order. I’ve been waiting for an hour and the order is wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that the delivery driver had autism and I never said anything about the delivery driver, but she made it like I was saying that he did something wrong. I am mediately let her know that she was the incompetent one and that her delivery driver did nothing wrong. Some people should not work in retail. I will never order pizza from this location again and $60 for pizza that never arrives and the manager does. Nothing about is a serious problem, please stay away from this place. It is run by people who do not know what it is to be in a sales position. Wish I could give a zero.

Our first time in. I’ve heard good things about this place. We ordered cheesy bread, hot wings, and a large Works pizza. Our order came out fast and they were steadily making take out orders. Friendly staff and the dinning table area was clean. We were very pleased with how everything tasted. Really good dough and crust.

We love Marco’s Pizza. This particular location has good service. The employees were nice, but I did not like the fact that they took up 3 of the 4 tables in the dining area. My wife got up to get here drink while I was paying for the pizza. Another employee came and took the 4th table. So there was no were to sit. One of the employees sitting at a table by herself did get up and move to a table with another employee, when she saw what happened. We were thankful for that. Employees were friendly, just not courteous. Sign of the times I guess.
