I order frequently from this Marco’s & never have any complaints, but tonight’s order was horrible! There was barely any cheese on over 1/2 of the pizza and it was overcooked. All my son wanted was the crust, hence why the piece on the left looks like it does.

I’m a truck driver 2 miles from your restaurant I called to order a pizza cause I’m out of driving hrs. I was told you had 1 driver I said I’m willing to wait I’ll tip the driver good. I was told no just remember everything you get comes from us truck drivers. Shame on you and your manager

Terrible location to order from. Had a pick up time for 5:15, when I got there I asked the young man if my order was ready. First he couldn’t figure out where my order was in their computer. Then he want to ask someone, came back to me and said someone will call your name when it’s ready. Ok no big deal I can wait an extra few min. 25 min go buy and I haven’t seen my order being made. I go up and ask a different person what’s going on with morder. She goes to check and i see her pull an order off the shelf that was sitting up there since I walked in! Are you kidding me!? My order was just sitting there that whole time! I asked to speak to a manager, because come on man that’s just terrible service. To my shock the manager was the CHILD I spoke to when I first got there. He asked me if I asked anyone about my order. Ummm hello l, YOU! I asked YOU about my food. Offered no apology, no nothing. And I sure don’t have time to wait around for you to fix your mistake. (They only offered me to remake it or leave it and get a return in 7-10 days. Never again.

I used to like this place because it was good and pretty convenient because it was relatively close to my house. The quality in the food itself has gone down hill, the staff are rude, and the place just doesn’t do it for me anymore. I’m now used to cold pizza and bad customer service. Don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore.
