I’ve personally worked at the Marco’s Pizza in Dickson, TN in the past. Which is a very well run, busy, and popular store. So I’ve eaten more Marco’s than most We ordered a few items this evening (July 1st 2023) and I was very impressed. The food was great and fresh, and the interaction with the team while I was picking up our carry out order was pleasant and fun even though they were busy. Whoever is managing this store seems to be doing a great job! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so above my expectations that I decided they definitely deserve a few extra moments of my time to say WELL DONE!

I just went to the Belshire in Spring Hill Tn and they were extremely busy but let me just say they were working hard trying to get all the orders done in a quick manner and accommodating everyone. The young man in the front still had a smile and offered my little boy a drink while we waited for our order. The food is always great and so is the service. They were running a little behind but it’s understandable when so many people are placing orders on a Friday night.

Pizza showed up 15 mins after the “promise” time. I called and the person who answered just said “sorry about that…” What’s the point of having a promise time. Don’t use that language if it means nothing to the customers.

The pizza was a medium with 3 toppings and a coke for $20. It was a thin crust of which that part was cooked, but the toppings had not. They just fell off the pizza slices! It was frigidly cold in the restaurant so the pizza was cold as soon as you opened the box. It didn’t have much flavor. My boyfriends comment was the cardboard would have been better.
