My family ordered pizza at Marco’s after a long (and fun!) day at Dollywood. They were busy, slammed, and short of help. Despite all of that, everything was made to perfection. Our order was spot on. The staff were friendly and personable. I haven’t had Marco’s in years and it tasted so good.

Here on vacation and wanted something delivered to the hotel. We love our Marcos at home and were definitely not disappointed with this Marcos!! They went above and beyond. Delivery time was set for 7:57, they delivered a perfectly hot and fresh pizza to the hotel at 7:35!! The delivery driver was so kind and called when he was about a minute out to see where I wanted to meet, and he even included paper plates and napkins! 5 stars all day! Thank you!

I miss Marcos soo much. It was my favorite pizza place here but they closed. Our hotel was right across the street. We ordered half sausage and half pepperoni with extra cheese with buffalo wings. And wow. It arrived too hot to eat. It was perfection. I love their sausages. And the wings were delicious. Also. We ordered and my husband jumped into the shower. He wasnt even in there for 15 minutes and we had our pizza. Great service.

Ordered two pizzas online and tried to pay with a gift card in store. Cashier tried ringing up my gift card as a debit card and needed to get a manager. Both managers couldn’t figure out how to use the gift card and gave me 25% off which only ended up being $6 AND they took my gift card. Terrible service! Would not recommend!

Avoid this place. We ordered a pizza from our hotel. They said 20 min for delivery. Paid with our credit card. I waited in the lobby of our hotel for over an hour. They never showed. When I called back, a recording said they were closed.

So I am on vacation in Pigeon Forge for a while. Since Saturday it has been non-stop from early morning to 7 or 8 at night eating late at some really good restaurants,,,but I was craving what I miss most,,,,pizza and beer! So I pick up a six pack and now I am on the hunt. I walk into this M____ Mushr___ place,,,really??? I’m outta there, drive up the street and there is Marco’s Pizza. A small joint, fresh hand tossed dough,,,,ohh yeah! I got the traditional with mushrooms and pepperoni along with a side of buffalo wings. When I got back to the cabin I opened the box and tore it up! The pie reminded me of home. The crust was a little bit crunchy on the bottom and soft and tender, cheeses were great as well as the pepperoni and mushrooms. The sauce was awesome! Thanks Marco’s!

All things considered, mostly price, it’s pretty darn good. Especially compared to the other, more expensive places nearby. Spent $60 here on three pizzas and some cheese bread and it was good. Didn’t have to wait forever either, I definitely recommend it.

On vacation and saw they delivered called put on hold and kept on hold so long it hung up called back finally placed my order and was told 45-50 minutes an hour went by and I called and was told I would have my order in 20 minutes 45 minutes later I get a call to meet the driver at the condo office because they can’t deliver to the room have small children so I said no he brought it and I met him outside driver said it would be taken of my charge card that hasn’t happened. 2 hours cold pizza and lied to not my idea a good service
