We just ordered from this location for the first time. Order was correct and made within the expected time frame. We ordered 4 large pizzas and cheezy bread with different dipping cups. Pizza and bread were nice and hot and fresh. Pickup was fast and easy. Thank you for a great experience and great pizza Marco’s.

I got the first bad pizza I’ve ever had from Marco’s last night. I’ve ordered for a long time and it’s always been great. Pizza was not good last night. Toppings were messy and the crust was uneven and weird. The whole pizza was a mess. The top of the pizza separated from the bottom. Never seen anything like it. Very disappointing. We ate one piece each,2, and we’ll throw the rest away. It’s really strange too because I always get an email about satisfaction from Marco’s after I order but not yesterday. I’d rather have given feedback directly to them.

First timers here. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra tomato sauce and picked it up at the window within the fifteen minute time frame given when we called it in. We were surprised to see how busy the place was for Monday night at 930! The pizza was delicious and more than reasonably priced for the quality of pizza we received! We will definitely return

When I went inside they were busy. Said their machines were down. Took my order and paid. While I waited decided I wanted to try more food but didn’t want to bother them placed a second order online and paid. My first order was up and I told them I placed another order online. They said they were not able to fix it. I said ok just cancel. The general manager seemed overwhelmed staff seemed new.

Called in an order at 6:53pm.Large Italian pizza. 10 wings. They said order will be there in 35mins. I called marcos again @ 7:55 and they said food was in route. Its now 8:35 and now pizza is here and they are saying the order was never placed.

Last time pizzas were burnt when I got home, came back and they remade them and promised a refund but charge went through anyway. Gave them a second chance today and they told me after ordering over an hour ahead they need to remake my medium cheese and it’ll be 5 mins. It’s been over 5. Check your pizza before you leave and be prepared for delays.

New help at the cash register needed a little assistance getting my order into the system. The new help was definitely trying and it seemed obvious he had been trained but the guy he asked the question was a jerk to him. I encouraged him and he didn’t APPEAR to let it bother him. But the guy was more interested in demeaning the order taker than getting my order right. That young man is making the rest of the team look bad!!!

Pizza is good, but the service is incredibly bad. Always takes 15-20 minutes longer than quoted, and this particular time, didn’t have my pizza sent out to me until I had to physically go inside to pick it up as they had “forgot” about me.
