This was my first time ordering Marco’s Pizza. This is fantastic pizza. There is a perfect balance of cheese, toppings and parmesan crust. It was warm, soft and crunchy in all the right ways and places you would expect from a traditional non-deep dish pizza. I have found my new go-to carry out pizza restaurant.

Absolute mess. They can’t process orders correctly, can’t figure out where orders are in the delivery process (if it is going to take 90 minutes to deliver soggy pizza, you should let people know), and they generally have no idea what they are doing. New management please.

The pizza was over cooked to the point the cheese was burned, the cheese sticks were also burned with barely any cheese on them and the 2 liter drink was left out of the order.

Ordered at 5pm for a pickup at 650pm. I show up at 7 and am told it just got put in the oven. Fine, it’s late but whatever. By 710, we’re now 20 minutes late and still no food. When I ask again at the counter, I’m told they’ll refund me as they box up my food. Alright, I can live with that. By the time the refund was completed, they then informed me my order still wasn’t even in the oven, so I left. This was all over one sub sandwich that can’t take more than 5 minutes total to make and bake. Don’t bother ordering food from here. I wasted 30 minutes of my life and still had to go find dinner somewhere else.

Delivery was quick and friendly, called in the order and dude that answered the phone was helpful and we ordered the 14$ deal with a three topping pizza and bread sticks but the total came to almost 24$ plus I gave a 4 dollar tip to the driver so almost 30$ when the deal was supposedly 14$… They have a delivery charge of $5… Other than that everything was great but kidding me!!?? That charge…. WON’T ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

When I walked in the door, you could feel the tension in the air. One guy just looked at me and then came and asked what I needed after standing there for about two minutes. Everyone was trying to leave just because the schedule said so. Bad customer service

Awesome pizza if it ever shows up first experience 2 1/2 hour wait on the pizzas no contact had to reach out 2nd experience ordered it for delivery gave complete address and was given a tracking num just to have to switch to carry out and a random person picked up never again Marcos good pizza terrible management and customer service
