Never Again! It’s not about the Pizza, it is about the level of incompetence! Ordered online, the APP showed 17 min., an hour later my order was still not ready. Walk-ins were ordering and getting their pizza before the online orders. I was not the only one in this situation, and the response from the employees…we can’t control what the app says. Well, I can control where I purchase my Pizza, should have ordered from Papa John’s! At least their estimates are accurate.

Waited on pizza for over an hour. Called the store to find out the status, and was then informed a computer outage was preventing them from delivering pizza. For over an hour they were experiencing this problem and never attempted to call me, or notify me of the problem. Unacceptable service. Order at your own risk.

Called before lunch to have food delivered at 5pm. 5:45 and still no food. Call to speak to the manager about the issue and get put on hold for 25 mins and then disconnected. Managed to get thru and get the order cancelled and they said they will refund it. Worst service I’ve ever seen, first time trying them and absolutely will be the last time. Guess that saying about Nobody outpizzas the Hut is correct.

I was really disappointed with what I got. I got the meat lovers pizza bowl. I ordered it at 230 today. I got home opened it up and was mad. There was barely anything in there and what was looked old. Can you see how thin this is? There was barely anything in there. I called the store 3 times and got no answer. I will be going back tomorrow to complain in person if I get no results cooperate will hear from me.

Soooo they messed up my pizza but I wasn’t sure if I made the misstake or them I wasn’t mad but the second mistake was on them because they didn’t put the dipping sauce in and nor did they brush the crust with garlic butter and I didn’t notice until I got home.

I can’t recommend this location due to poor policies and customer service. I was a regular customer at Marco’s for approximately two years going once a week on a weekday with my mom for lunch and sometimes a second time on the weekend with my husband and children. I always order the exact same thing every time and that has never changed in two years. Over a month ago I came in on a weekday and an employee told me they no longer have lunch specials. I pointed out that there was a sign literally feet away about their lunch specials. He said he thought they did away with them, so we left and went next door to Zaxby’s instead. My husband called later and spoke to a manager who said they still had them. Apparently there must have been a new employee that did not know about the lunch specials. Decided to give them another try and the next time, they were out of drinks… left and went to Zaxby’s again. I called today to see if they had drinks again and they said they did so we came back today and now they say the lunch specials are for weekdays only even though I have literally got the same lunch special (medium pizza and two drinks) for years (many times on a weekend) without issue. I asked him if he could double check with a manager on that as I had been ordering the same thing for years and he refused. This is now the third time I went next door to Zaxby’s. They are getting a lot of my money lately. I highly recommend to consider another pizza place if you want good or consistent service with employees that know what they are doing. To Marco’s: please keep your every day lunch specials and train your employees better… a working drink machine would be great, too. I did give Marco’s two stars rather than one because they have good pizza and I want to be fair, but the hassle of dealing with them is not worth going. I recommend them ONLY if doing carry out, but I don’t carry out very often so they definitely will be losing me as a regular weekly customer. If looking for a different carry-out option, there is a dominos on Canada rd/Houston Levee that has great specials and very good pizza.
