Had a taste for pizza and wanted to try somewhere new. decided on Marcos and they were running a special for the magnifico pizza. Picked up and the box was heavy. Got home and opened it only to discover why. This pizza was LOADED with toppings. I got the ultimate manifico. The crust was delicious. Soft and flavorful. Nice garlic brushing. The part that can make or brake a pizza for me is the sauce. Marco passed the test. It didn’t taste cheap or too “different ” that I didn’t enjoy it. After 2 slices I was full and my plate had meat still in it. My first time trying this but surely won’t be my last

Placed an order for delivery at 5:40 with an estimated delivery time of 6:20. 6:20 came and went and the status still said the order was being made. At 7pm I called the store and was told they were “waiting on the driver”. I called back 10 mins later to tell them I’d simply pick it up myself. I was told it wasn’t ready yet. When I got there, they hadn’t even BEGUN to make my order (even though they new i was on the way). Also, I had to ask for them to refund the delivery fee. There was no apology (except from the cashier who looked new and didn’t really know what was going on). TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is not the first time we’ve had this experience, but you can bet it will be the LAST.

Ordered a pick up for 645pm, got there at 648pm and asked for my order. The girl said it would be right out. 5 min later I asked about how long and she said they just started making it. Keep in mind I placed the order at 515pm. Won’t be coming to the Marcos pizza again, they are unreliable

As long as this restaurant got a manager who doesn’t care about the customer’s order this restaurant is not going to have my family and I for a customer anymore. That manager do not give a care about the customers. Hey, it doesn’t have to be like this. Just replace the pizza with double garlic crust and double parmesan cheese crust. She stated she fixed the pizza herself. This manager was saying to me on the phone “OK.” She cannot cook and the entire crew needs to be retrained under someone else. This restaurant is history with her there. I ordered a Large Florentine with a Lite Crust, free medium lite crust pizza Old World Pepperoni, and these pizzas did not have any taste. Do these pictures look like it has DOUBLE GARLIC SAUCE AND DOUBLE PARMESAN CHEESE? I would like to have a placement since the manager did not satisfy me as a customer. Sanderline location.

Just ordered the pizza bowls my husband got all meat bowl add mushrooms tomatoes and black olives i order the garden bowl spinach onions mushrooms tomatoes extra cheese. He got all meat no extras even tho we paid for it my bowl all onions. Starting to think about Marcos because I’m not a big meat eater he is so I thought the bowl would be great for me. $9.49for a bowl of onions never again got a salad at Exlines pizza instead.Only a few stains of spinach in the entire bowl
