Placed an order for delivery on 8/29/23 at 8:16 pm. Delivery driver was on time and very polite and that is the only positive thing I can say. Website states salads are Fresh Cut in bold print and Customize Your Order. My Fresh Cut Customized salad was in a completely sealed prepackaged container. Explain to me how any of that salad was fresh cut or customized? The lady did offer to refund the price of the salad or they will deliver another one. Why?? Why would I order another salad knowing you are going to open up a prepackaged salad and dig out what I don’t want. Your website has false advertising and I don’t recommend anyone eating the food here.

Used the app to order and my “Works” pizza was hot at the counter in less than 12 minutes. Service was amazing and the dining area was well kept. The pizza itself was cooked almost to perfection, Each topping being fresh and tasty.

Update: Although my first experience with a large order left a little to be desired, I tried again yesterday. I ordered 10 XL pizzas online, and this time, everything was great. The pizza was ready when I arrived just as it was the first time, but this time, it was still fresh and warm. I’ve upgraded the review from a 3 to a 5.

I love Marcos. Service here was great!!! Everyone was so nice. Quick service. I just wish they wouldn’t over brown the crust and the cheese bread which I got might have been a bit short on cheese. I feel this may be the instructions given the workers .

If you want delivery they stop answering around a hour and half before they close. I’ve gotten delivery many times, today they didn’t feel like coming out so they said they don’t deliver here. I’m 1.3 miles away. The food is good if they let you buy it. Avoid this place like sickness unless you follow their unwritten rules. The service is second to none among trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had 2 pizzas so far and I want to say that the food is great but what has really impressed me and my husband about Marco’s are the employees. Every one of them are so polite, well trained, could answer all our questions, they are employees that we had long ago. Thank you to the owners and managers we will be back many more times.

Love Marcos pizza had it before first time to new store. 2 issues ordered through window. Asked about special we ended up so confused if we ordered an extra topping or two was priced way higher than ordering a reg sz pizza a large price to it. U think the guy at the window wasn’t telling us that if we ordered a large 1 topping the special price would of been gr8 but we wanted more than just mushrooms we would of liked a lrg light on the sauce thin crust pizza w mushrooms, extra cheese, hamburger meat since ur sausage we were told was a lil spicy. Sweet peppers but nit green. No problem he said. But it was all messed up had alot of sauce, mushrooms. Green peppers as we didn’t want. I do not think extra cheese was even on it. I live in Scott’s hill, so driving home then seeing the pizza I couldn’t go back to Jackson. I think someone put some spicy peppers on it or the hamburger meat was spicy or accidently put hot peppers on it n realized it was a mistake n put the green sweet peppers which any color but the green in sweet peppers would of been gr8. I don’t think the store ppl were trained yet. Disappointed w a big pizza w all the wrong stuff on it. Normally love Marcos but not this trip.

Convenient location in South Jackson. Ordered online and pizza was ready in 15 mins. Large Pepperoni Magnifico was very good. Had plenty of topping and cheese. Cooked perfectly. New building is clean inside. Customer service was fast and friendly.
