We like Marco’s pizza’s thin crust. Very good. Generally get good service at this location, sometimes needs cleaning inside and seems most their business is carry out so the dining area is just adequate. Some employees struggle with people skills but they do try and we’ve never had any real problem. Overall good. Sit outside, even on a warm night, so nice

Between the horrible service and the terrible pizza we were given last night, I doubt we’ll ever go back. We’ve had pizza from this location before and had a decent experience, so we decided to try it again last night to get out of the usual spots we have in Hernando. Clearly that was not the right call. First off, the mobile app is horrible and not user friendly. Though the app is not necessarily this location’s fault, their poor service and pizza quality is. We were quoted a pickup time of 7:25 and after our drive ended up there around 7:30. I checked the pizza tracker and it said the order was ready so I walked inside. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me. After nearly 5 minutes, a girl at the counter finally looked at me (still with no greeting) and when I told her my name, she looked confused and scurried to the back. She came back and said the pizza was coming out of the oven now. Nearly 15 minutes later, I finally was given our pizza. In that 15 minutes, I witnessed some of the most disgusting conditions. Maybe one team member in the whole restaurant was wearing gloves, most of their masks were below their noses, and not a single employee had a hairnet on. I prayed we’d have a good quality pizza at least despite the service, but instead, the pizza was horrible as well. Most of the pieces were inedible as you can see in the picture. The ingredients have pathetic distribution. I completed their survey on my receipt, but I doubt they’d do anything to make this right. I’d advice against this location.

We dinned here after shopping, you order at the counter & there’s about 8-10 tables with a window bar. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Greek salad. The salad was simple but good & we really enjoyed the pizza. The original crust is very tasty.

Order from this location often with great results. Very bad quality today, Sun, 7.21. Ordered two 6.99 pizzas, well done pepperoni and extra well done sausage. Server asked me to look before I left. Looked good when I left with them. 5 minutes to home. Realize now well done and extra well done drys out the crust and topping (which today were lacking). Taste was not good! Stiff lackluster crust.With more sauce and cheese, the dryness might have been less intense. Maybe to compete in the 5-7 dollar pizza market things got a little dicey……or should I say frugal. I want my Marcos BACK!!!!!
