I just ordered carryout from this location for the first time, and everything about it was excellent! Even though they were rather busy the staff were attentive and friendly, and the quoted wait time was almost exact. I ordered a small Original Crust All Meat and an order of Cheezybread, and the food was absolutely superb! The fresh toppings were substantial, the sauce was just right, and the crust was quite tasty! While the prices aren’t cheap I feel like I received my money’s worth, and I’ll very likely become a regular customer of Marco’s on Dixie Highway.

Ordered a large with everything. Good amount of toppings, crust was good, sauce was very nice. Picked it up at the side door, quick in and out. Had a coupon so can’t complain about the price at all. I’ll definitely eat here again. It’s not the best I’ve had around town but I will say it was a change from local and chain pizzas here in town.

Lastnight was the first time I had Marco’s Pizza. I ordered online and picked it up. It was hot and ready when I arrived. They greeted me when I walked in, and was very friendly. I ordered a large vegetable pizza, and I took off the mushrooms and the feta cheese. But I added green peppers and green olives. I also ordered a salad and cheesy bread. Everything was delicious! I will definitely return the next time I crave pizza! I usually take pictures, but I didnt lastnight. The 30% coupon they are offering right now really helped out. Thank you Marco’s Pizza!! ❤️❤️

What a mess. Ordered carry out and walked in right before my scheduled pickup time. No one greeted anyone walking in, there were probably 6-8 people making pizzas, 2 at the counter taking phone orders and ‘helping’ people walking in and the GM (I overheard the guy at the counter say a worker there was the GM) and he didn’t step up to help any customers. It’s a tough industry to be in but good customer service goes a long way and you have to start from the top down. I ended up just having to assert myself and grab a delivery driver since it said my order was ready which it was waiting on a wire rack not keeping anything warm. Just overall a very poor experience, we won’t be coming back here.

If you try it get the subs and go get pizza somewhere else. The subs are very good the pizza is mediocre at best. To dry and the original crust is too dense. If you have kids that toss the crust and them that’s the best part, you won’t be thinking that on this pizza! Literally you can get better pizza at Dominos or even a deep dish Little Caesars. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is due to the very tasty subs we tried. Pizza 1 ⭐️. Head over to Tuscany off New Cut Road and see what good pizza taste like.

Absolutly LOVED this place when it first opened! Ordered weekly! Lately it’s gone WAY down hill. Orders wrong, not getting what we ordered, pizzas not fully cut and when you call to say something, it’s blown off… As much as we love it, We’re almost ready to stop ordering here and that’s sad.

I mess with Marco’s but Dixie Hwy need to go learn from New Albany! I grabbed a Philly cheese steak pizza and it had so many green peppers on it that it needs to be renamed because it was no longer what I ordered or expected. I give it two stars but I don’t want anyone to think it’s a bad place. The pizza is on point but my first experience with this location gets two stars.

Took over an hour to prepare my pizza but the app said 30 minutes. Then while I’m waiting a pizza delivery guy just started making pizzas out of no where. ……. No gloves, no washing of the hands, nothing. Then he scratched his hair and it was over after witnessing that. Asked for a refund and the lady in the back said it’s gonna be a minute, then after 10 seconds she says I can’t do refunds, I can only make the item or give you credit. I left and will be calling the GM in the morning for a refund, I’ll never return to this place. Geeeez. Lol. Oh and all that time waiting and my pizza was on the rack already for however long….. I definitely didn’t want it after all of that
