Placed an order 6 May 2022 for an x-large extra pep and sausage well done. Took a picture of it when it arrived only because the last time, I ordered the same thing it wasn’t well done then either, I called and spoke to the manager and was told that he would make it right, that never happened. So when a coupon came in I figured I would give them another chance I ordered the same thing and still not well done and this time when it came in the top of the box was stuck to the pizza, this is an incredible lack of quality seems to be consistent. Not sure they really rely on repeat customers which is sad as their delivery people are great. If your ordering pizza here in Pickerington, I would recommend another place.

I ordered a 6-in chicken bacon club sub with extra chicken. The sandwich did not have Mayo, tomatoes, and onions. Those three items are standard with it. It made the sandwich extremely dry. I also ordered a 12-in chicken bacon club and it did not have any Mayo or onions and very little tomato like two half slices of tomatoes on a 12-inch sub not good. My son and I stated we should have went to Penn Station. I did order a 6 in Italian sub that one came as it should.

The food is great .the priced kerp rising for 2 large pep pizzas a large family salad and cheezy sticks its now over 50 dollars on line ordering is diffivult to navagte and at times it allows you to order but will call you to say they do not have a driver come pick up your pizza in fact you still get charged 4.75 for delivery and if ypu have added ypur tip also in and paid in advance because it was suppose to be delevery they wont refund it on top the drivee is there just to busy to do all orders himself so they need help and ask you to pick up your items at certian times so be careful when paying with creditcard and delevery

Consistently solid pizza. Similar to Papa John’s but sauce less sweet. Have been here twice and the pizza is adequately sauced (MODpizza often dry), crust is chewy and baked perfectly (Little Ceasars tastes like they leave the dough in the fridge too long with broccoli). Store is very tidy and clean and looks new inside. Staff very friendly and courteous. Will be back!

Marcos has some really good pizza . I have gotten a couple that were pretty greasy. If you tell them. Or ask them they will fix it. Either way, grease or no grease, it’s really good.

The customer service is terrible. I waited in the lobby after waiting for 11 minutes for curbside service. I have a broken wrist. The older man at the counter was rude. I was carrying 3 boxes and a salad and yet, he wouldn’t even apologize for slow service or open the door for me.
