Took over an hour to get food when app said 30 minutes. When it did show up is was cold. I called at one point and they said it was ready they were just waiting on a driver. It was 20-30 minutes later our food arrived. No apologies they don’t seem to care. I love Marcos but not the one in Fremont.

I ordered two pizzas today and they were horrible….I couldn’t even finish a pieces of it…the cheese had a funky taste to it. Complete waste of money…the one good thing I will say is the young man who waited on me was very nice.

What happened!!! This place was the best place to eat pizza in town!! Turn those ovens up or cook the pizza another few minutes.. you can’t even order a pizza well done… they will still send it too you raw..seems as the if you order around lunch time you get decent food but anytime after 3 and it’s going to be nasty. Do better Marcos!!

Beyond unsatisfied!! A hour late and we got 3 Under cooked, luke warm pizza that were never cut!! We had to call for over 25 minutes just for someone to answer the phone. When the manager answered the phone she was very rude, cut me off when talking, argued and never apologized. She said they are very short staffed and if I can do a better job to come apply. Are you kidding me!!! Since when does a manger talk to a customer that way!! We always use the app to order our pizza she said that was our fault for using the app, it gave the wrong wait time.

Really like their pizzas . Got a Chicken Frezno , a Garden pizza, and some bread sticks. They were all good. Delivery was quicker than stated. All in all I have had a good experience any time I have ordered from them.
