I am 37 years old and grew up loving not Marcos pizza but Port Clinton Marcos pizza! I been in the military for 17 years and all my people know when I make it home we will eat Marcos around 5 times…. well that was until my last visit…. I ordered my food in person and she wasn’t able to finish the purchase so she called over, who I assume was the manager. The lady explained to the manager the issue. The manager asked me how I’d like to pay. As I answer the question she rudely interrupted me by over looking me to someone that just walked in and says to that person “you are a regular what was your order?” Then walked away to find it. I waited 5 minutes to call her out and she never came back up. My apologies that I’m overseas defending our country and I can’t be a “regular”!!! I will never order from this place again. I walked to Saucey across the street and it was amazing!! Recommend 100% to support them!

Slow, undercooked pizza. Ordered two pizzas through website, promised for 7 pm. Sat in hotel lobby for 40 minutes waiting past that time, called several times. First time told pizza had left store already, shortly after got auto update through phone it was leaving then. Eventually came, driver said had gotten wrong address – noted correct hotel address on receipt attached to pizzas. Manager said can’t control website promise time when they’re running behind, and couldn’t remove delivery charge as requested. Thick crust pizza was not cooked through, had raw dough in places. Won’t order here again.

I love Marco’s! However, they NEVER get my order correct! I’ve tried in so many ways (nicely) to make sure it would be (well done). I know, I know….not that big of an issue, but this past time I finally spoke up. The guy literally argued with me on how (well done) it was! They’re was other mistakes as well, along with the delivery driver hitting my car when he walked out the back door.

There’s a reason, we drive right past this Marcos location and drive another 20mi to the Marcos in Oak Harbor! I’m pretty sure we got someone else’s pizza! When we picked it up, the pizza was already cold. The pizza was cold. But yet there were extra raw toppings just thrown on top?!? There was only sauce on less than half the pizza and it wasnt spread out evenly across the pizza. We only like “Wet” pizza, so had to throw out over halfvif it that was wasted! Just all around a very bad pizza! Did everyone forget how to make a pizza?!? I’m just sorry we didn’t go all the way to the Oak Harbor location in the first place! They just seem to have their act together there, but confusion here. My Recommendation: keep driving right past this location if ur looking for a better pizza!

We eat Marcos at another location and enjoy the pizza. However, this location has issues. Ordered a meat lovers pizza and the sausage had a strong liver taste (think of the taste you would closely associate with the smell of a large cattle farm… Yuck). The other location we order from does not have this taste. The crust was also very undercooked and doughy. We’ve ordered from this location a couple times before when the store was new and we didn’t have this issue. Not sure if there was a management change, but we’ll avoid in the future.

I use Marcos pizza many times, tonight my pizza came with no cheese! I ordered thin crust which is like a cracker, don’t know how they cut it so thin, I ordered sausage and mushroom, when my husband brought it home it had no cheese. All pizzas have cheese! Goodbye Marcos!
