The person who took my order went directly from taking my order and handling my credit card to preparing my order without putting on clean gloves or washing her hands. The employee who handed me my food when it was finished went directly from sweeping the floor to cutting and wrapping my sandwiches. He had on one glove (the same one he was wearing when he was sweeping the floor) and didn’t reglove or wash his hands before handling my sandwiches. The subs are really tasty, but they don’t seem to have as many ingredients them as they used to. Probably won’t return.

I’m absolutely disgusted at the experience I just had at the Sylvania location. A young woman was in there trying to figure out her order. Looked like she was dressed nice to go out but nothing out of line or warranting the rude comments from the staff that followed. The ENTIRE staff immediately began commenting on the girl as soon as she walked out. Vulgar rude and completely unprofessional esp when you have customers still in the store…

The gentleman on the phone was quite unpleasant taking my order . This was at lunch time around 1:00 p.m. midweek . I like to give reviews and be honest about them and three stars for him is probably too high . Hopefully he is not in any kind of managerial position FYI this is all about his communication skills taking a phone order . I was trying to be smart and order pizza to be picked up on my way home from work. Little did I realize that I ordered from the wrong store. When I arrived at the Sylvania Ave. location, they said they couldn’t find my order but would be happy to make it for me. As I stood there waiting, I watched the interaction of the employees and their manager/supervisor. She was very encouraging and helpful with the new hire. She double checked his work and gave him a ‘good job’ when he got it right. The team was working together to be a team and they seemed to have great leadership. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but you seem to be very well liked by your staff and they seemed relaxed and at ease with you. As a member of customer service that works with a team of people myself, I was very impressed with what I saw. Good job. Keep up the good work.

Asked for triple old world pepperoni, don’t get it and bacon. Normally great. All the toppings were in the center of the pizza. Also asked for the crust well done, pizza basically was burnt. The reason I ask for well done is because for some reason how they are cooked is inconsistent. Sometimes barely cooked, other times perfect. Which you would think it would be a standard temp in the oven. Still my favorite pizza. Just this time, not so much.
