I am usually a weekly customer, but haven’t ordered in a couple of weeks. I ordered today and once I got home and looked at the receipt. I noticed that the price had went up on a medium 1 topping pizza. So I called just to make sure that the price I was charged was the normal price from now on. I received a rude and disrespectful tone from the lady on the other end. I’m hoping this will not be the normal type of customer service that Myself and everyone else is receiving. If this type of service continues. I will be finding another place to get my pizza from.

We love this place for the food and the price. It’s a good thing that pizza is basically a vegetable nutritionally speaking. These pizzas come out hot fresh and even though it’s a walk up to the counter order situation the table service has always been friendly when they bring out the food. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and funny when we were ordering. My daughter had a good time and we ate very well for a reasonable amount of money.

Pizza is great. Staff is friendly and drivers are always punctual. *update* extremely disappointed to see all the cooks were wearing masks as a chin guard. The only people wearing them were the cashiers. No one that was preparing the food was. They lost my business

Ordered online, at 7:11pm, stated estimated delivery between 7:45 & 8:00 pm. When it wasn’t here at 8:05 & their delivery tracker said it was “delivered” we called- the “manager, Steve said his driver was here but no one answered the door- I was starving so was constantly looking out for them. He said he would send them back out- we said we didn’t want cold pizza- he said he would check it, if it was cold he would remake the order- 5 minutes later anther manager, “Matthew” called since the driver had to take his wife to work, he had voided the order and needed our credit card number again. 20 minutes later the doorbell rang (8:20 pm) our pizza was delivered- the same one ordered at 7:11 pm – yep like eating leftover pizza for the price of fresh. No idea of what customer service is!
