Do I have to give 1 star? I have been ordering from the Marco’s in Parma for decades. What a mess these last few months. Last 2 times, January I got someone else’s order. February I didn’t get an ordered item. Today was the last straw. Placed an order 2 1/2 Hours ago. Called 3 times. Never got the order. Cancelled it. Never will order delivery from them ever again. Will try to pick up myself in the future. I could have gone to the store and made my pizza from scratch in 2.5 hours.

What a dramatic downturn. Consistency has always been an issue here. Sometimes it’s amazing others it’s utter trash. Tonight was my 3rd bad pizza in a row. Considering the prices have gone up 3-4 dollars per item I expect perfection. Very sad because I’ve always loved Marcos.

Ordered a single large pizza, and they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, ended up taking OVER 2 hours to arrive at my place of employment which is literally less than a mile from the Monroe street location. Called around the 90-min mark asking what was going on and inquiring about a discount since it was late (not even asking to get it for free), absolutely nothing was offered, just “Sorry.”

Their delivery drivers almost never social distance or wear their mask as I instruct while placing the order. It’s extremely irresponsible for them to allow their delivery drivers to be going door-to-door potentially catching/spreading covid.

Apparently now you can’t order any other “MEAT” topping on your sub’s now( So the pizza sub that I ordered with old world pepperoni added and salami added that tastes so damn good is unavailable any longer…) …like money not an option…?

It can be hit or miss anymore with Marcos. Biggest disappointment is the tiny marinara you get with the cheesy bread, you can tell they stopped caring about their customers. Raised prices, and shrinkflation seems to be there new normal.
