I order here all the time but lately it’s been awful. I ordered a pizza and a salad and as you can see my lettuce was Brown! It was disgusting! I ended up throwing it away. The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese and when I got it the cheese was hard like it had been sitting. I ordered in the afternoon around 1230 so they just opened a few hours prior.

This Marcos store is the absolute best and continues to impress me. I moved to vermilion about a year ago and I don’t even bother ordering from any other pizza place around here anymore. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad order and their customer service is top notch. I have 4 picky kids that love pizza and Marcos is the only one that’s never disappointed them.

OMG ok I never leave reviews lol especially for chain restaurants! BUT we ordered a pizza & cheesy bread tonight & it was literally the best pizza ever & they gave us extra jalapeño ranch which is my favorite. The pizza was made perfectly. It tasted like whoever made it was making it for themselves. SO good! Thank you so much for your awesome pizza skills and customer service tonight !!

Marcos food is definitely amazing but this location is terrible with delivery due to low staffing is what they claim. Promise times are always incorrect and you’ll wait an addition 20 minutes for an order. It’s happened the past 5 times for us

Good food, good prices, contactless delivery. We try to mix it up when it comes to the Pizza places in town and Marcos is definitely in the rotation. These guys have great products at a reasonable price. Driver was wearing a mask when dropping a delivery on our front porch. My family appreciates the attention to detail.

Nice folks. Good pizza for a pizza chain. In 7 years they’ve only messed up our order twice. Once was a forgotten topping and once was no garlic on our cheesy bread. That’s pretty good.

If they could for the life of them get an order correct I would be amazed. If I have to order from them they can’t make a simple sub with what is asked to be on it. A consistent problem any time I have ordered. I have worked in the industry for 10+ years and I am amazed that they still have a client base when they lack so much when it comes to correct orders and customer service.
