i ordered pizza walked in to pick it up all the employees in the back looking no greeting or anything the pizza which wasn’t cut the way i requested also a side of cinnasquares which were not cut and hard just terrible.

Terrible!!! Made me the wrong pizza with an extra side of attitude!! Ordered a deluxe with chicken and spinach…I got a pizza with just chicken and spinach. BBQ wings with no sauce on them. When I asked for sauce she charged me it. Just pitiful.

This location absolute refuses to answer their phone. Any time I’ve ordered I’ve had to do it online, and my order has arrived as the complete wrong order or terrible condition. Last night I ordered a pizza and got someone else’s entire order and they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called trying to get it fixed. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes. Will not receive my business again

I really like the pizza from here, I like their sauce flavor (only issue I have is sometimes they don’t add enough even when I ask for extra). I like that the toppings aren’t super overdone like a lot of places. The last time I ordered a 10 piece chicken there were only 7 pieces and 5 of them were super small. The chef salad is pretty good. Ordered delivery once and it took way too long to come, so probably wont be doing that again, although they told me it would be a long wait, it was a half hour longer than they said. They do tend to be super busy though so I suggest ordering online for pickup. Every time I go to pick up my order they are busy and putting a lot of people on hold to take care of the register, but my online order is always ready to go in 20 minutes or less. Definitely my favorite pizza place nearby and the staff are always nice.

Place has really gone down hill. Placed an online order for delivery. Recieved a call that they don’t and will not have any drivers to deliver. I opted for a family member to pick up my order. Wings were wrong; I ordered 15 Buffalo, recieved 10 bbq. Ordered a sub, it wasn’t even baked; the meat and veggies cold and the cheese still in the shredded state. Did not recieve the hot sauce cup I had ordered with that. They did not give me my 20oz pop.

We ordered delivery it took a little longer than they said but the pizza was very good and the crust was extra crispy and delicious both the deluxe and pepperoni were great, I had to update my post I returned today because last week’s experience was so good, as for today I ordered Italian subs 2 large they were overly stuffed with red onions and my sandwich had 27 banana peppers on my sandwich and a lack of meat only 4 salami and 3 pieces of ham I called the store and the phone rang for 25 minutes I’m so unhappy

Horrible customer service tonight. The lady charged my 11 year old daughter $3.50 for a Pepsi and didn’t give her the receipt like I asked. We ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 was burnt. I asked her about the charge of the Pepsi and told her we wanted a refund. She hung up on me. I still sent my child in for her $3.50 back. I usually check the pizza before leaving (my mistake).

Nobody had on gloves in the kitchen preparing the pizzas and answering the phones and touching everything and then spreading more toppings on the pizza without gloves is disgusting and I will not be going back! so disgusting unhealthy and unsafe practices!

I’ve been ordering pizza from this marcos for a year or two. Some pizzas are better than others I think the kids on the phone can be much better nasty attitudes and the play to much in this place. Makes for a crappie pie .Bedford marcos is better
