Customer service was good. The young man who took my order was friendly, polite & efficient. The wait time for my order was long… I’ll chalk that up to the restaurant being busy & short-staffed (just 3 people working). The pizza itself is decent as far as taste. This chain offers great deals on their specialty pizzas & incentives to buy more pizzas… so it’s a good place to order from when hosting/feeding a group of folks.

My only complaint was it took over an hour to get my pizza which I ordered online and for pick-up. I think it was partially due to staffing issues but I do think the manager on duty could have managed the 2 workers and himself with more urgency

I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars on principle. I was locked out of car and wasn’t able to pick up my pizza . I called them to explain & ask to have my pizza remade and the did . Thank ya’ll I’m still going to leave up my old pictures from the trash I used to get . I’ll be fair and post a picture of today’s pizza ,which was nice .

When I come to Ohio this is one of the pizza shops I love. The pizza is so good. The crust is soft and the sauce does not give me heart burn. I usually order the thin sliced with veggies, this time I just ordered cheese. The store is small but enough space. Friendly staff most of them. Lakeshore Euclid is the location. Highly recommend.

I paid for a deluxe with jalapens. I received a sauce and jalapenos. I tried calling to voice my complaint and no one answered the phone so I rode up there. No one was in the store to prevent them from answering the phone so I don’t understand that. I gave it 3 stars only because they remade my order. I usually don’t have a bad experience here but I was very upset to have had to make 2 trips.

I am very disappointed on how my pizza was delivered. I did a no contact delivery and I walk outside to grab it. It came earlier than said so I was very pleased until I opened the box. Could barely even enjoy because some pieces had cheese and some had nothing but bread and sauce
