I usually don’t write reviews but this is the most terrible experience I have ever had for takeout or restaurant. I ordered a pizza with no bacon, and they put bacon on the pizza. So I called them and he said , “I can’t help you and you have to pay if you want another pizza.” Really!!!! He said no manager on site!

I’ve ordered from this location and they’re late every time. This current order I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. No phone call, not anything. So when I finally call they apologize but they don’t do anything to offer to make it right…. They could have called and let us know. This place doesn’t have anything in order and it’s poorly managed, clearly.

Do not bother ordering here. Waited over an hour (wayyy past the “guaranteed” delivery time) and absolutely no communication or compensation. Pizza never arrived and can’t get anyone on the phone. If you can’t fulfill orders and on time then you need to let people know that. What a waste of time. Thankfully now I know to not give Marcos business.

Sadly this place has been going downhill lately. Tonight I ordered a pizza, and it took an hour and a half to arrive, and when it did it was barely warm. This is a big shame, I used to love Marcos but I’m probably going to have to order elsewhere if my food won’t arrive hot and fresh. I even tipped a fair amount because of the snow, but still feel cheated.

I waited two hours for my order and gave up. They hadn’t even taken my order out after two whole hours. They didn’t even offer anything to cushion the blow. I canceled over the phone after the guy told me that the driver didn’t even have our food yet. I canceled, ordered from a different place, and Marcos shows up with probably two hours old food and we turned him away. They have only one driver, phones ringing off the hook in the background, so I assume they are short staffed inside, too. If you can’t cover the store, don’t open. Don’t bother.

My sister came over and we ordered pizza and boneless wings , the next morning I had the most terrible food poisoning which ended up sending me to the hospital suffering from dehydration. My sister had food poisoning as well , and I know it was the Marcos we had together because that was the only food we mutually consumed as we don’t live together.

I visited you store #1105 on 4/17/22. Cathlien checked me out for my pick up order and I noticed not only was she not in uniform like the other employees but her green sweatshirt was covered, and I mean covered in animal hair and human hair. I was disgusted to see she was also making pizzas, how much hair came off her clothing into peoples food? As I waited for my order. I knew I should speak up and say something but I don’t like confrontation. It was very noticeable I cant believe she thought it was acceptable to work in that clothing, there were two other employees working with her I’m sure they noticed as well and they probably should have not allowed her to work in that shirt. I took my pizza and threw it away. I wasn’t even going to consider eating it. I don’t normally let things bother me but this is unsanitary, unhealthy and just disgusting!!!
