Marcos goes hard dude, I’m telling you do NOT sleep on Marcos. I went my whole life sleeping on it and now I get it every time I drive by it on my way back home from work. Employees are super nice at this location too. And they were bumping “Kickstart My Heart” in there today too which made my night.

Zero Thoughts
I was threatened and harassed at this company. They used intimidation tactics and warned me cooperate wouldn’t care if I called them. They knew I was healing from horrific abuse and just wanted to work but instead used that time to harass me instead. Even going so far as messaging me outside of work, degrading me, threatening me, and so on. This is not a safe environment so I have left many reviews to warn others. I doubt anything will change in this company. Know that your children are not safe to work underneath this very abusive and toxic people.

The staff here at the Strongsville, OH location is amazing. However, the fact that their pos system is always down, is extremely disheartening. I’m hypoglycemic and depend on putting food in my body. When I show up to get my food and they are all distraught and recently because they are getting cussed out by customers because they don’t have their order. It’s not the employees fault. And I don’t think it’s fair to your staff. A happy employee is a productive employee. As a leader in the service industry myself, I believe it’s on Marcos, as a company, to address this issue asap, as there are other pizza places locally and you will lose guests. If I were working here, you might lose me as an employee too.

Marcos is usually my goto for wings, that changes last night, I ordered 3 orders of 10 piece wings online and the big cheese pizza. Recieved everything, upon opening the wings we noticed that they were swimming in hot sauce. Literally enough hot sauce in one pack for all 30 of my wings. Whoever made my wings ruined them to the point we are all wiping sauce off with napkins. It’s waste of product and a waste of my money.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is my 4th time trying this Marcos location, usually we do for my daughter’s school. The second time they got the order wrong and we had to peel off the pepperoni so my daughter would eat, not the worst but tonight was awful. I called to place an order on my way home I got “place your order online” and hung up on. When I got in there I asked for a manager who was an assistant manager who started to yell but then gathered himself real quick when I pulled out my phone to record his unprofessional behavior. I’m sure they lost plenty of business permanently after tonight. I couldn’t place an order online because I was driving, plenty of people don’t like their financial information online, and plenty of elderly don’t have access to internet at home because they prefer not to. I highly recommend Antonio’s Pizza right down the road. I wish I would’ve started here but usually Marcos is quick. Good pizza and service is worth the wait!
